This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I place the order, got a approval from bank and when the order was placed they told me to verify phone number, I did that, then they asked me to verify email, I did that also, and after that they asked me to take a selfie with ID card and credit card and with a paper by writing to mtc game, I did that too and now they are telling me that they will video call me, they made me install Whats App I did that too, and they made me wake until 3:00 AM in the morning stating that their admin will call me, but no one called me till then also, and until now neither the called me nor I received my order.
I am 73 Years old and this company is giving me such a hard time, they are really bad people, very rude customer service, very bad, very bad, I ordered that to give a present to my grandson worth $150 and they stole my money, I don’t have more money to get anything on his birthday now.. I am really so hurted by this, I strongly advice everyone not to buy anything here, these people are thieves and just have a intention to steal.

I bought a psn membership from them paid them 8.14 usd and didn’t get anything. They have not been responding to my messages on their live chat, whatsapp or anywhere else. Furthermore, when i contacted them they asked for a picture of my bank card and my id card and asked me to write on a piece of paper that i have received my codes (when i haven’t) and send it to them.
