I needed an app to monitor my sons cell phone. I downloaded Mspy because it claims to be able to monitor it all. Well after I paid and got it setup it does not do anything that it said it could. When I asked for a refund they said I had to jailbreak the iPhone. I said no. Then they said no refund since I won’t accept technical assistance. They’re a total scam company using completely false advertising.

False advertisement. I wanted to monitor my child's phone and I chose this company because I read on a site that you didn't need access to the phone for them to help you with the process and once you've made the purchase for the subscription they tell you that you have to have the phone in hand after all for 10 to 15 min. It wasn't even 20-30 minutes after I paid that I had to contact them about help and then they tell me I needed the phone. I told them I don't have access to it, that's the reason I chose them. I then asked for a refund because I have not and couldn't use their services. They began to tell me I had to wait for 5-6 days for some one to contact me by email. Basically as of today, they told me my reasoning for a refund was not valid. They could give me and extended month or something. I expressed that I didn't want any of that and that I had no idea when I would be able to get my hands on my child's phone because they were away at school. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's like they took my money for something I can't use.

Went on wrong website trying to purchase app and put in credit card details. They took money out of account. My bank notified me that there were multiple times of money trying to come out of my account but my bank blocked it they took out money only once. I called mspy to get my money back and told them it was a mistake and the guy was acting really weird and I asked him what's the return policy and he answered I don't know it should be on the website. Somebody will get back to you to give you refund in a couple days. When I went to the website again it said it was blocked.

This service claims to be a monitoring service for your child's phone so parents can have visibility to what children are sending and receiving in social media. The service does not work as advertised, is expensive, and has no customer service. Total scam. Do not waste your money.
