Placed an order for a kitchen item back in June, did not receive anything for several weeks. Then when inquired about its whereabouts, got asked to provide a screenshot and order number and then they said it will be sent in 7-15 days.

Repeated this process a few months later. Now they say they don't have such an order. SCAM!

I found tracking # and tracked it to a very small town in NC and the package had been delivered to a mailbox via USPS.These would not fit in a mailbox and the company will not refund until the merchandise is returned.

I ordered a flying witch on September 29. Paid $33.88 for it and never received the item. I contacted them and they said it was delivered to my post office. I went to the post office and they said there was nothing there and that the tracking number I was given was not a legitimate tracking number for the USPS. I have contacted them numerous times by email as there is no phone number. I told them I wanted a refund, but they insist it’s at my local post office. (There is no contact information on the website)
