I unfortunately got wrapped into Ultim8ski's scam back in November. They target college students on job sites like indeed & linkedin. At first, They have you go through 3 different interviews on zoom until you are “selected”. You arrive at their office at 8am; For 2 hours you have to practice a script, & then at 10am they all set out to go to walmarts, costcos, etc. I was unaware that you were then stuck at that walmart trying to get donations until 7pm at night (11 hour shift). It was my brothers birthday the last day i worked there, i made it clear to the people i was working with that day that i would've liked to be home by at least 5pm to celebrate my brothers birthday. One of their employees started fighting with me saying how we don't leave until we get all of our donations. So essentially i was trapped in this walmart on my brothers birthday; I didn't get home until 10pm that night. So here's when [censored] got kinda crazy. It took them until this month (Jan 2024) to send my paycheck after i have repeatedly texted them since November trying to get my paycheck. I was told it was $15 an hour & They paid me $100 exactly for 3 days of work. They put 0.00 down under the hours worked on the paystub, when i worked a total of 27 hours in those 3 days. As well, they put me down as a salary employee when i selected hourly.
