I ordered a chair online from a Facebook ad for the company mqcontactmail. I got an email from [email protected] confirming my purchase. The chair never arrived. After numerous back and forth where they first provided a tracking number that didn’t work then they said they had proof that it was delivered. I asked them to provide the proof but they won’t. They offered me a 30% refund on my $30 order which I declined and then offered a 40% refund. I told them I’m reporting them.
