I noticed a charge to Mosso on my PayPal statement. I didn't know what Mosso was. I found out that it was for a subscription. I sent an email to Mosso but didn't get a response. Today I found some other contact info.. and sent another email. I got an automated response stating that I must have started a trial that ended and now a charge is due....and I finally found out it is about answering a few questions and then getting a subscription to be styled. I vaguely think, now that I know what it is, that I spent a few minutes on the site. I did not authorize and do not recall giving billing information because it isn't something I'm wanting. I think the best way to describe this is to say I went into a book store, picked up a book, read the inside cover, then returned the book to the shelf. Then a few days later I get the book because I did, after all, look at it. Very poor business practice that I wanted to report. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
