I and many other people recently out of high school and middle school are being repeatedly sent letters from Vector Marketing and Cutco claiming to be someone they are not. In my case, they are pretending to be county officials. There is no return address, no phone number, no contact email, nothing of the sort. I have been trying to ignore the constant harassment, but nobody is doing anything about these scammers/problematic companies.
