I attempted to make a purchase through their website, who they shipped through DHL. I put the shipment on a vacation hold, and informed Mondo that it was put on hold. Unbeknownst to me, they then a week later sent DHL a return request, and neither of the companies decided to inform me. I've only found out now, when the vacation hold should have been over, that they quietly returned my package and took my money.

I never received a notification from them or DHL, the status of my order on their website never changed (it still said that it was on its way when I checked it an hour ago after finding out about this). They simply stayed quiet after stealing my package and hoped I would never do anything about it.
