I booked a same day COVID-19 test using this company's services. I paid a fee of $89 with the guarantee of receiving my covid PCR results by 11:59PM on the same day. Upon registration, a contact email was provided ([email protected]). As of now, 1:00pm on the day following my test, I have yet to receive my PCR results, and the contact email provided has been disabled, so all of my efforts to receive a refund (as I did not get the same-day results I paid for) and ascertain when I might expect to actually receive my PCR results have bounced back. I called the testing site and they told me that I am one of many customers who have not received their same-day results as promised, and also received email bounce backs when trying to contact the vendor through which they booked the appointments. So I paid a rush fee for a test that was not rushed, and can't get ahold of the company that has taken my money without providing the service promised. Really frustrating.
