I paid extra to receive my clothes in time for a trip. They did not come in time and I cannot use them. Customer Service refuses to acknowledge this and wants me to pay to return items I cannot use because of their poor service.

When I contacted them, they sent me a screenshot of my order, and told me to find the url of each of the items and send it to them. Whaaat!?

The quality vs the price is unbelievably mismatched. Way overpriced for these CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP clothes.

This is all being done in China, which I didn't realize until it was too late. Lesson learned. Will never ever deal with them again.

I ordered an article of clothing from the website momyknows.com, received a confirmation email but no tracking information. I emailed the company and they sent me a tracking number and site to check status - it was all in Chinese and there was no information on when to expect. I attempted to contact to cancel and was unsuccessful. The item was received around a month from purchase, completely different from the advertised product and very poor quality. I emailed for a return and was told I had 2 options - return via USPS at my own cost for a full refund, which is the price of the item I paid for, or keep the item and get 20% of my money back.
