Purchased mains t-shirts in response to ad. Received tracking information until the day of delivery. Supposedly, the company used China Post to ship the goods, but the goods were never delivered. Upon informing the company that the merchandise hadn't arrived, I was first offered a refund equal to 30% of the expense. Due to my rejection, the offer was upgraded to 50%. Once again and due to my rejection, the offer was increased to 60% and even to 80%. I refused all offers. And received a new offer: 30%. Ultimately, I decided to stop negotiating with the company and proceeded to seek assistance from my bank.
