I saw an article online for a Black Falcon Drone that includes a video camera. I bought it as a Christmas gift on 12-3-23. My credit card was used by the company on the same day. I received an email from "Black Falcon Drone" giving me a shipping tracking number. I paid extra for shipping. The shipping was only from New Jersey to Nevada. I should have received it within 10 days. Today is 12-24-23 the day before Christmas. I have emailed the company three times and have demanded a refund. I have been told that shipping is delayed and just wait. My bank account payment went to a company called "Nu Life Marketing LLC" I called their customer service number and was told the order will be received today. I have been instructed by my bank to file a claim. I'm going to file the claim as well as this ScamPulse.com complaint. I am also going to file a complaint with the Attorney General of New Jersey.
