I called a mobile mechanic that I saw on Google and he said he would send a mechanic over. The “mechanic” came and did a very poor diagnostic. He didn’t use any device or tools. He just inspected the car and went on his phone to look things up or to do who knows what. After he told me it was a lock cylinder issue and that we would have to order a part. He got a payment for a diagnostic which was fraud. I never received a receipt or email receipt of any sort. The part never came. They kept giving me the runaround. And eventually I did research into their company and saw it was a scam based on the Google reviews that were AI generated! They tried to get more money that night but I said I couldn’t afford to pay until after the service was complete. But the part never came. They said they would come on this day and never did and they kept pushing it further and further back. They clearly scammed me and the proof is in the google

reviews that replicated and falsified.
