This is in regarding to: Lies, deception and stealing. I ordered a dress and bag from June Bridals. The material was very cheap, like a Halloween costume. It did not look like the photo. And it did not fit. The company is NOT based in the USA (Ohio) or UK like the site claims, but it is in -- China. They would not return the dress without exorbitant fees like shipping and cost to alter for someone else. The only feasible suggestion was to donate it to Goodwill, send them a receipt and they would provide a 80% refund. Have yet to see it - and my dress is gone.

I ordered two dresses on the June Bridals website. Upon receiving the first dress, it was made apparent that the website makes counterfeit apparel, looks nothing like what they advertise. Cheap fabric, silhouette, mimicking that of a designer brand found on other reputable sites, Customer service will give you the runaround and entirely avoid issuing a refund. Marketing efforts on website use AI to show images of dresses but the dresses you receive look nothing like the advertisement. My second dress never arrived, and they never issued a refund for either order. According to their website they are located in the United Kingdom.
