I ordered a 4-1 mobility walker that they advertised from Mixhide (mixhide.com). I never received the product. I got an e-mail from them saying my product was at the post office for me to pick up. I called the post office and they said that they didn't have anything there for me to pick up. I emailed the company and they said I needed to be patient. I waited 2 more weeks and never received the product nor was anything at the post office so I emailed them again and asked that my $49 be refunded since I never got the product. I received an answer that they would have to contact the post office and that would take time. I should be patient. Reading reviews the same thing has happened to other people and they too are unable to get a refund.
