I fell victim to the viral TikTok advertisement for Mirra Jumpsuits that we’re supposed to be “stretchy” and comfy. They “claim” there going out of business because of the recession and are closing their doors. They advertise these jumpers for $9.99 on sale and $12.00 shipping. I paid $51.96 and I can not return them even though they were never worn or tried on. This is FALSE ADVERTISING AND A SCAM! This company/people need to be shut down. What do we all do with jumpers made with completely different fabrics. Not even close to what it’s supposed to look and feel like.

Ordered a pair of Cloud shoes from Tik Tok. Took almost a month for the shoes to arrive, once they did, they were a size 42/43. I could tell they were too large. I called for a refund and was told I could not receive a refund due to health and hygiene issues. They offered a 50% refund and a 50% off coupon. I wanted a total refund because I definitely wasn't going to purchase from them again. So, I then attempted contact via email. The email information on the order form and the email information on the website are two different email addresses. After numerous communications with no results, they keep sticking to the claim of please understand their policy. I also tried to comment on the Tik Tok video and the advertiser has comments turned off. No comment section on their website either. Very shady and suspicious activity. I even included a photo of my Birkenstock size for a 9.5, which is a 40. So, they sent the wrong size and still refuse to issue a refund.

I fell victim to the viral stretchy baggy comfy jumpers on TikTok. When I finally got my order after almost 2 months, what I received was not what I ordered. The jumpsuits received were not one bit stretchy and were not baggy as advertised. They got me with their false advertisement. Upon trying to get a refund I was told that per company policy they could not issue me a refund, but on their website their policy states that they can and should. This company needs to be shutdown before they scam even more people than they already have due to their false advertisement and lies.
