I ordered a dress for graduation and it came and it was terrible. It was nothing like the picture completely different dress. I emailed them multiple times for a refund and they said they would then they offered me 60% refund without need to return and I took it. The refund never came in. It’s been two months and I’ve emailed it 15 times no refund money and no response. They said that the refund was processing months ago.
