The same guy Jim from MIRACLE RENTALS has been calling me from two other numbers 17082320042 and 17732901099 after I saw this site and blocked his first number. Now he is going by ORANGE RENTALS with the same properties. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY. Even the Website link he sent looks fake. DO NOT BE FOOLED PEOPLE.

I found the company on section8.com looking for a house to rent I filled out the application they told me I was approved so I paid the fee of 59.00 they asked me for my credit score and screen shot it they told me they couldn't accept it with out my full name next to the score. I told them that's not how it shows on the app. He said he can't help me until I get the info the way he needed. So I told him it's ok to run my credit for proof he said no he's not doing that and now claiming I'm a fraud now and he can't help me.

Do not pay for an application fee. Just wall away. Jim will take your money and you will not be able to view a house. I completed the application fee as well as sent this man money I borrowed from a friend, and just because I missed a question on the application he would not let me view any houses nor fill in the one spot in the app that I missed. He even tried to get my son to fill out the app so that we could pay twice! Most people want a *** ** dollar application deposit fee. I paid $** and lost my money. And if my son would have paid he would have come up with another excuse and we would've been out of $******. I hate scammers.
