This person was trying to sell me a dog that didn’t exist sent me pictures of the puppy was going to ship him to me asked for an airline life insurance fee, quarantine and city codes fee, and a refundable contract to return all money. Mind you the puppy was never delivered and they continued to try to message me a day later

I was looking to purchase a Dachshund puppy and their website was great. I double checked with ScamPulse.com scam alerts and nothing showed. I put in my request to purchase a dapple dachshund named Whiskey. Everything was good with communication via text and emails I paid $300 down, thru Zelle to save this dog and set up the transportation information. My Name and exact address. I was told that the next commpuncations would be with the person transporting my puppy and I will have my new puppy within 24 hours. NOPE!! Won't answer phone, text or emails.

They use Zelle to scam money for the pet then after the first transaction the use a fraudulent XPO shipping company that calls and ask for an refundable insurance payment of $850 plus the $800 you’ve already paid. You’ll never receive the puppy. They appear to be operating in a time zone that is 6 hours ahead of the US eastern time zone.
