The product will not help in a car crash. Its flimsy plastic and after doing more online searching I found out people who have used it have been more injured by the product when used. I returned it and the shipping was almost the same as the cost of the product, but I didn't want to keep it. Now that the product has officially been returned (USPS confirmed it was received at their Australian warehouse) the company is refusing reimbursement!!!!
