Declaration Statement
In the Nature of Law
I may come to make a special appearance on a future date to be determined by parties involved to bare witness to the complaint being filed in US District /Federal court by plaintiffs and I against the persons and entities listed below
Ruben Rivera, Mark Kohler, Leanne Linden, Joe Teegarden, Millennium USA LLC and Hosting Source LLC
I am in Propria Persona, in natural flesh and living soul, I am the Power of Attorney in fact and in Truth. My claims are validly filed for public records. I duly State that there are no lawful claims that can, will or shall be made against a Proclaimed Aboriginal with mineral rights claims upon the land. By an Act of Congress TXu-2-049-663. Aboriginal & Imperial Claims filed for the record. I have in my possession the Affidavit in support of International Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act, (28 U.S.A &11601-1611) Indigenous rights to land and property.

My complaint and account against all entities involved, alleges and says:
It began when I met Ruben Rivera and a team of his business associates during an in person presentation done in Walnut Creek, California on February 29th 2020. Many others presented along with Ruben Rivera, Wisdom Scott and Leanne Linden via Zoom. I was Invited by 2 friends who were already members. I invited a now plaintiff to come to this presentation. Ruben shared with all guests that whoever decided to purchase the $1258 Musobot Trading software package for 18months and would receive ownership shares. You would start with 10 profit shares with potential to grow more as you helped them build and share the Millennium USA company. I did purchase the software package on April 22,2020. The Musobot stopped working around August and Ruben said he would retroactively credit us and would build a team. He would restart a new 18mos for all team members with a new data provider.
Next, Ruben started immediately promoting the new Ethereum Mining Rig Ownership opportunity. I continued to listen and ask questions and do research. In November 2020 after several group calls with Wisdom Scott and Ruben I invited many others to hear this Zoom presentation meeting to own their own " Mach 12 Mining Rig" to start earning Ethereum Crypto currency from mining.
I purchased the Mach 12 Mining Rig through a bank transfer to Ruben Rivera on 12-17-2020 to his account at Bank of America. On December 28th Ruben sent me a text stating that he had the Order Number and would be sending it out to me that night.
Ruben also stated that the price was still the same $7100 for the Mining Rig and 1 yr of hosting because Petra was asking me were they still available and they started their transaction.
Text Quoted by Ruben Rivera , “Yes, it's still available for $7100 unfortunately not for long. The prices of the RX5700 have gone up significantly. We have a shipment already coming in at the lower price. Is this your friend Petra? “The office was closed until the next Zoom meeting on January 6th.
On January 15th Ruben sent me a text stating that my Mach 12 Mining Rig shipment was in transit and to give him until Monday at the latest to be coded by his business associate Joe Teegarden. Since that date Ruben continued to do weekly Wednesday and Saturday recorded zoom presentations soliciting more invitations from our family and friends to come on board to purchase them. He stated that the prices were rising due to a higher demand but Ruben, Leanne, Wisdom Scott all continued to reassure us on weekly calls that we were grandfathered in and the new prices did not affect us since the order was processed. I emailed him on the status of my order February 9th without an email response back. On February 10th Ruben texted me stating. “ Hello I just got off the phone with Joe Teegarden and he received the lesser of the GPUs and started putting them together. We will have them up and running by Monday and Tuesday. We also have consistent shipments coming in with the RX5700 on a weekly basis. Let's talk tomorrow and I will give you all the details.

On February 27, 2021 Ruben presented in the Zoom video of him live with other associates at the Washington State facility with shipments of GPUs in stock. We all were on that call and saw many boxes being unpacked and put together to be coded. He continued to tell us that everything was on track to be connected and he hired a team of people to work overtime to get all of our machines running and coded by that week. After he stated this repeatedly on the Zooms in many more weeks to come he began avoiding most of our calls and texts. We had a group call on March 5th, 2021 where he and his staff stated that the orders were coming in consistently again then again on May 14th we were told that the machines would be connected to our ETH wallet. Ruben and all parties involved have repeatedly misrepresented the execution of this transaction and not honored the signed agreement with the Hosting Source LLC Spokane ,Washington to host at the 7year rate of 2.8 kilowatts.
We are not the only persons with complaints about the unethical and deceptive practices of these individuals. They did the same thing to my Sister and brother and another complainant who has already secured legal representation. There are many others who all have purchased 1 or more of the “Mach 12”Mining Rigs since November 2020 but have been ignored and now seek litigation.
Below is what I paid
$5,300.00 Price Per “MACH 12” Mining Rigs
$1,800 GPUs mining ETH (Cost for 12 months @$150.00 per month).
$7,100.0 Total Cost (Mining Rig and 12-month GPU mining service).
What I Demand :
Mark J Kohler, Ruben Rivera, Leanne Linden, Joe Teegarden, Hosting Source LLC and or Millennium USA must now pay me for the current market value cost of Mining Rig cost of Twenty Eight thousand ( $28,000.00usd) ,Forty Nine- Thousand ($49,000.00usd) the most reasonable amount to be charged for the 7 months x $193 per day that Ruben Rivera , Mark J Kohler, Leanne Linden, Joe Teegarden kept in their possession my Mach 12 mining machine proceeds that I purchased on 12-17-20. I will also seek the full maxims of relief from the undue mental, emotional and financial damages for the repeated intentional misrepresentation of being said to be considered family with Stock ownership shares and options into the "Millennium USA Family" investment opportunity, breach of agreement, unjust enrichment, fraud in the inducement . Ruben Rivera spoke on many recorded zoom video conferencing calls confirmed on various dates mentioned above that my property was purchased and received.
In a Zoom meeting held by Ruben Rivera, on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, Ruben stated that their attorneys needed to amend the contracts and would be sending out those contracts within 48 hours (i.e. by June 4, 2021). Ruben Rivera also stated that for those of us on that call still waiting on mining rigs, that those would be arriving by Saturday, June 5, 2021. I have yet to receive an amended contract. While on this Millennium USA public Zoom opportunity video I began a public chat with Leanne Linden in a final attempt to be heard by her as a partner asking questions about him ignoring all his promises and our concerns. She gave me her number, but didn't return my calls. They proceeded to remove the Zoom Invitation Codes from their website to “ Invite only” and blocked us all who have been complaining from calling all meetings to alert any other consumers. The parties involved are now asking NEW consumers for a full amount of 28k cash to invest in their deceptive practices. THEY MUST Be STOPPED
Still waiting on Full refund separate from the above of $1258.00 for the Musobot Software that only actively worked for 3 months after the purchase was for 18month subscription.
