I have order clothes from this place, I actually have received some items that are like Perfect. My last two orders that I just
received, I ordered an 1X and got exactly what I ordered, the second item I ordered a 1X and got a XL. See attachments of the email convo currently ongoing, and the response time is horrible. I will not order no more from this site! Just terrible and they ought to be ashamed! ????

This company is a complete joke. I ordered a bathing suit that arrived with a pungent odor and a tear/ hole in the stitching. It smelled as if someone else had worn it and the hole in the side confirmed it for me. They asked me to send pics and I did. They offered me $7.00 and told me to get a tailor to sew it up for me. Terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The absolute worst company I have Ever ordered clothes from! Nothing is what is like advertised. These are the cheapest clothes I’ve ever seen! Absolutely TERRIBLE! I spent $300 with them, waited almost 2 months for my order, just to get it back and not like ONE piece I ordered! Just terrible! I’m so mad and wish I had Checked the reviews before’

I AGREE- DO NOT ORDER from here! These people are straight scams. You order from them and it’s cool long as you don’t have to send anything back. When u have to send something back it’s horrible and they tell you it will be too much to send it back because they are in China. They will then offer you $5 to not send the item back on an item you paid $50 for. A complete shame!

I order a dress on Apirl 30 for my event on May 29 no dress yet! It should not take a whole month to receive merchandise that you order. I’m passed to the max I had to buy another dress an still no dress. Never again these Chinese people with their [censored] up service

I ordered and romper that was supposed to be satin Versace look it came polyester bleeding colors black and white two pieces shorts too big shirt way too big nothing like the picture. Since there in China I’m stuck with it because it cost too much to send back. Don’t ever order from this company. I’m assed out 70.00. And nothing to show for it Not fair.

This is the worst place ever to order the outfits are beautiful but what they sent me was wrong to small it took a month to receive it I was lost out on a swim suit for my family vacation Fake ADVERTISEMENT. WHen I sent an email asking for the return address, they wanted to know why I wanted it. When I replied, they told me the items would have to be returned to China for a full refund & that shipping was expensive, & that it should be paid by “the customer”. They proceeded to offer me $15 as “compensation” (My order was 100$ ? lucky I ordered it through PayPal I was was able to get my full refund back but I went through hell and back NOT provided me with the information unit I sent over 20 nasty emails and called PayPal . I would never ever order from MILAN again order at your own risk ...

These clothes are a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! They are poorly made & CHEAP LOOKING. the material is NOWHERE NEAR AS PUBLISHED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT. WHen I sent an email asking for the return address, they wanted to know why I wanted it. They sent me the wrong size! When I emailed them they emailed me back stating that the shipping in too expensive to ship back to them and offer a $10.00 credit. They know that people aren't going to go for that. They suggest that I send them $29.99 and that they will send me another one in the correct size and that I could just keep the first one. That kind of sounds like a good deal, but I'm not sending them another dime of my money! I won't purchase from them again and I will be notifying PayPal. Buyer Definitely Beware!

This company should shutdown.. The quality of their clothing is terrible and they should be embarrassed to send the cheap items to anyone.. I ordered a pair of sequin pants and a jogging suit that was not the size i ordered. To send the items back is a waste of time because it cost just as much too send back as it was for the items... The BBB needs to get involved and close them down. Please save your money and time.

I ordered a PPW Everyday Waist Control Butt Lift & Enhancement and received a different garment that was cheap after waiting three weeks. I sent and email about my ordered. I received the following responds,

I know what I ordered, and don't understand why the responds has Thanks for your understanding, why is it assumed that I understand. Terrible services and garment I received is cheap. found a better garment at Burlington for less.

I’ve purchased three outfits from Milan Choice only because looking at the models the clothing seem to be very good quality material. Boy was i wrong and should’ve done my research!... the material is cheap cheap cheap!..They are way too small...No tags on the item so you don’t know if you have the correct size or not!...And will like to know who’s advertising they using because it’s sure not there’s!.. They’re always cutting the advertisements off before the models say where they’re really located. Milan Choice are some copycats!

I honestly would see Milan choice on my timeline and decided to try it out...after looking at so many bad reviews, I honestly thought I had been scammed... But after maybe four weeks, I got my order and I liked it! Took long but I'm satisfied.

I ordered two outfits from here for $84.59 looked nothing like the advertisement! Then they claim if you send it back to China they will refund u. But it cost $69 to send it back so u still loosing trying to get a refund. Your best bet is not to order from the site!

I placed an order with Milanchoice for two items which the total amount was for $69.28 on the date of 8/6/20. (Confirmation# 32910 - See attachment). On 8/22/20, I inquired about the order. (See attachment). September 9, 2020, I emailed Milanchoice once more and received a response on 9/12/20.. (See attachment) Another email was sent. No response or delivery of my package has been received as of this date.

This company is scamming people out of there hard earned money. Something needs to be done to put companies and/or people like this out of business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MILAN! THEY ARE A SCAM! The clothes the advertise on their website are NOT the clothes you will receive. The clothes are too small and look like children made them (literally). When you ask for a refund, they tell you shipping in too expensive to ship back to them and offer a $10.00 credit. When the $10.00 credit is turned down they will send you a fake address to return items to their China Factory. ALL THE REVIEWS YOU READ ON THEM ARE TRUE!
