Ordered a hair care product and I have been charged $29 for the past 3 months and never received the product.
I do not appreciate somebody charging me and not telling me they're going to be charging me monthly for a one time thing that I bought.

I was to purchase a hair oil for $9.97 and never received it. When I called to inform them of never receiving the merchandise, I informed them to just cancel the order. A few days later I had a charge for $29.97 from Milily (they say was for VIP)which I never agreed to and disputed and now I have the same charge this month from Miglorious and they are saying the same thing about me being in some VIP program. Had I known this recurring charge would occur I would’ve never agreed to such nonsense. Please be careful when using you’re credit card and ordering items online. From now on if it’s not a well known online store I will not partake in anything these others have to offer for reasons such as this…..SCAMMERS!

I was offered a buy one, get one free offer. I ordered the hair oil on January 8, 2024 and still haven't received it. They charged my credit card for $13.97, which included shipping and other. I had no idea this was a scam.

I purchased an eyebrow stencil in the amount of $9.99 back in 12/2022. On 8/11/23, I noticed a monthly recurring charge from Mi Glorius in the amount of $29.97. I contacted them to find out who they were and why were they charging me a monthly charge of $29.97. They informed me that when I bought the eyebrow stencil back in 12/2022, I signed up for their VIP club. This is untrue, I never signed up for a VIP club that will charge me a monthly fee of $29.97 for doing absolutely nothing for me. Why would I pay a monthly fee of $29.97 for a $9.99 eyebrow stencil? They claimed that in order for me to get this stencil at this low fee, I had to sign up for the VIP membership, again false. They agreed to refund me but were only able to refund one of the unauthorized charges they made, not all 4. I admit that I did not read their terms and conditions when I made the purchase in 12/2022. I have now read the terms and conditions and what they have stated is not factual. They state that customers who decide to sign up to their platinum VIP club, as if they gave an option. No option was given at the time of purchase. They also state that you will receive a sequence of emails reminding you of your monthly due $29.97, not true, I did not receive any emails reminding me of this.
