He said his name was Hector Pena

Is his technician name. Gave 18008831592 extn 307 to get ahold of him. He said he was partner with Microsoft headquarters in Alberta Canada

The other number he gave me was 8448657005

He said it was a Avast online security and at first he gave plans for 1,2,3 years. When I turned on my laptop it said I that someone was trying to get into my laptop and into my email, bank, Facebook and so I was locked out by Microsoft. I gave him 99.99 for a one year payment for protection of my laptop. Paid with a debit card.
