Window pop up on the computer the consumer called the number provided and the peope tried to keep her on the line called 6 times. when on the phone trying to help told her to push F1 and the Windows button but nothing worked she hing up and they tried calling bcak 5 times.Words are misspelled in the pop ups. numbers used 206-317-1418 660-230-4535
