I WAS TOLD BY MICRO PC TECH THAT I WAS SCAMED BECUASE MY OFFICE HOME AND STUDENT 2021 DID NOT WORK. MY OFFICE WORKS BUT IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE OFFICE. NI WAS CHRAGED $249.00. THEY SAID IT WAS GOOD FOR LIFE.

They hacked into my computer. I notified NORTON. Somehow I was hooked up to MICRO PC. They told me they did repairs for NORTON. I was duped into buying a new program for NORTON. The cost $499.99 for a 7-year subscription. Luckily when I printed the invoice I asked was it didn't say NORTON. They gave me a song and dance for an answer. I called NORTON and asked about third-party repairs. They said they don't do that. I called my bank and stopped the sale. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS!

When I called Norton/LifeLock about my accidental loss of my subscription they somehow got me to Micro PC Tech who said they represented Norton and charged me 149.99 for two years of protection. I no longer am supported by Norton/LifeLock. I’m sure Micro PC Tech has scammed me. I’m in the process of canceling my subscription with Micro PC Tech.

This group pretended to represent Norton. They charged me $499.99 for a fake service by NORTON. Luckily, I figured out what was happening and I called my bank and stopped the charge. NORTON said they don't use third-party companies.

They are a total scam company logging in on my computer and iPhone to add Norton while trying to hack my devices! Do not use them ever! They have an email address microphone-tech.com no good! Phone number is 877-333-6087 ext 305 manager James Smith bogus service!

I was checking my computer just surfing the news item when this message came up and said I was hacked I was to call this number that they had listed to get my puter back They said it would cost me 400 dollars to fix or if I did on line 100 dollars of course I did pay the 100 but checking with a tech person they said it was a scam . I contacted my credit card company and put a stop of payment The folks I spoke to had Indian accents

Th is company hacked into and locked up my computer claiming to be microsoft and the only way I could fix my computer was to call them, which I did. 2 hours later and $500 less in my checking account I could use my computer again. I then found micro softs' phone number on line and contacted them. I was told that Micro Pc Tech was not affiliated with them and that they do not charge for fixing a problem. This company also implanted their phone number on my lap top which I cannot get rid of. I have changed my ID on all my accounts with exception of the ones using my email and I have changed the passcode on all the vulnerable accounts I can think of. I also put a stop payment on the check, they insisted that a check from a bank was safer than a credit card. I think , but unsure, that removed their program they downloaded from my computer

Pop up bubble on screen looks like Microsoft contact warning PC is compromised with virus and malware warnings...a 800# is given once called a customer rep answers and urgently advises you to give remote access to them and then a credit card to check for viruses..when asked if with Microsoft they say "Yes".....a charge of $99.99 showed up within seconds of phone call.....and various sites were accessed remotely during conversation with their customer service.
