The website leads you to believe it a storefront in the United States that will no longer be open and in the future, will only fill online orders. When the dress came, it was not what it appeared to be online. It was a cheap fabric with poorly printed flowers, it was twice as big as it stated and so I asked to return it via mail. They offered me 10% cash back to keep it and when I said I would pay for shipping for a full refund. I checked the return address which was in China and the search gave warning this was a scam address.
