I ordered this rug on may 28th.
I received it on July10th.
when it came I was so excited cause my daughter loves owls
I opened it I couldn't believe my eyes . it was horrifying. the rug looked like it came out a dollar tree store for real. a cheap bath rug. this rug was the wrong size and texture period. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to get my money back. no luck so far. I just want my money back .

I have also had a bad experience with MEWE Gallery, now known by several other names it appears. I ordered a sea life rug in April. I disputed the charge in June as I had not received it. A package came late June; who was to know it was a rug? It was in a bag in a mailbox! I opened it and found what was at most a blanket. I took photos of everything and mailed it back at my own expense to the address listed on the box

I am disputing again with my credit card account which somehow went through PayPal which I do NOT use.
One day I posted on Facebook under the photo again, listed as another company name "DO NOT BUY." My comment was deleted!
This - These companies need to be put out of business!

I also sent pictures and never heard from them. Bought a twin spread. What came was nothing like what ordered.

Also used a credit card and don't know why it goes through Pay Pal. Don't expect anything back on a SCAM.

Back in May, I ordered a "mermaid carpet" that took over 30 days to deliver. I disputed through PayPal that concluded in the merchant's favor, as it was delivered. The carpet was not a carpet, but a mat. I returned it June 25th confirmed delivery June 27th and not refund to date, July 14th. I reinstated a second dispute through PayPal which will take 60 days. This company is a scam and should be shut down. They advertise on the Facebook platform, be aware! Se Joe Kralicek, 6/25/2020's complaint.

We ordered a quilted bed cover from Salgant based on an internet photograph. What we received was a cheap, not quilted imitation of what we ordered. Additionally, it took forever to receive the item. When we finally received the cover we immediately contacted Salgant/Mewe to return it. They authorized the return (with an offer of a 20% refund & 20% off a future purchase as an alternative), we wanted a full return and refund; however, we cannot get a good address to return the package. I have requested their acknowledgement my interpretation of the address they provided and requested a Postal Code. Our shipper refuses to accept it without a Postal Code. I have sent one more request to them for a Postal Code.
This has been going on since May, it is getting ridiculous.

A Batman Rug was ordered from MEWEGALLERY, which was found on Facebook site. It was ordered in May 20, 2020, through PayPal. Their email stated it would take 6 weeks to make since they are all handcrafted. They emailed and reported the item had been shipped and gave tracking information (through a totally different link). Within 4 hours another email came through stating there was a problem with the item and it was stuck in their warehouse. It is July 12, 2020, and we still do not have the Rug.

Ordered a Batman rug; paid through Paypal, emails stated it had been shipped and then in the next email there was a hold up in the warehouse. Order was placed May 20, 2019, and NO rug has been received...It is now July 12, 2020. SCAM You will be reported to the proper authorities.

We ordered a Batman Rug on May 30, 2020. Many emails have been sent stating the order was shipped, then within hours of that email, another email came stating there was a problem and it was stuck in a warehouse. It is now July 12, and we still have no rug.

We went through Paypal and paid $77. Truly believe it was a SCAM and they will be reported properly.

Apparently I have been scammed by MeweGallery, also doing business under different names including Rugket. I ordered a quilt through Rugket and immediately became suspicious when they did not send a confirmation number in a follow up e-mail. The cost of the quilt, $79.90, was charged to my account by MEWEGALLERY using Pay Pal on June 6th. I received a cheap, unattractive, very thin quilt in the mail on July 8th. It is not what I ordered, and there is no package slip telling me how to return it. Pay Pal has been no help!

When is some one going after them as a fraud company? No one ever gets what they ordered, it's all junk! They ask me for pictures of what I received which I sent and that was the end of that, no reply! What is Pay Pal doing about this company?

On May 3,2020 I also ordered a Hawaiian Turtle Quilt which I paid $81.90. And til today I havent received it! I am very upset, and they do not respond! So how do we get our money back! They are terrible and should be looked into this! The company I ordered from was Lushack.com.

I placed the order the end of May and was billed on June 16. They sent out an email verifying purchase and then removed it almost immediately from my inbox. The item has never been received. Upon me disputing this through Paypal, they sent me another email approximately 7 days ago with a fake tracking number minus any details such as shipping method, approximate date of shipping and arrival, etc that you would find on any typical order. That email has been removed as well so obviously they try to cover their tracks. When I answered their email immediately concerning the fake tracking #, they cut off all communications with me to resolve this. I gave them several days to reply again before filing this. I see others were scammed as well. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

i order a king size comforter set with sheets, shams, pillow cases the works.When i received it there was some flimsy blanket and two pillow case that doesn't fit a king bed. I paid 81.90 for a Marine crop bedding was suppose to be a blanket fitted sheet flat sheet. I didn't get the blanket or fitted sheet. I am very upset the flat sheet and 2 pillow case aren't worth 81.90. I either want the pieces not in my package or my money back. Please contact me @ [email protected]

I placed an online order though this company in April and still have not received it. Customer service is a joke. When you contact them all you get is a pre made email with the statement it has shipped, problem is it really hasn't! Save yourself time, money, and grief don't do any bussiness with this company!
