I purchased a quilt back in june, it took a couple months to get here & when it finally did i was so dissatisfied with the look, the workmanship, & the way it was misrepresented in your ad! I have been trying to return it for a refund since the day i received it! It’s packaged in the original packaging ready to go, where do i send it & when do i get my money back? BTW im not paying to mail it back this is on you, you pay!

I purchased a saint rug from this company an I never received it and charges my card 119.95. And pay pal is trying to get me to paid for something I never received go figure. Bridget dear this company is scam don't purchased anything from them.

Back in August of 2020 I ordered what was advertised as 2 bedspreads from this company. When the first package arrived I immediately noticed it was not a bedspread and not as represented. Immediately contacted PayPay. Have been fighting with MEWE ever since. There are many complaints about this item on line. Company finally agreed to a full purchase price refund if I send packages back. This will cost me more than the items cost. That is a disgrace! So, I am out $100 for something I cannot use and will throw away. I've never had an experience like this. Considering legal help. All I want is my purchase price refunded. Hopefully others will hear about this company and flood the internet with these stories. so disappointed in this company. Any other company I ever had an issue with was solved with courtesy and good will and I continue to use those companies. Obviously I will discourage any of my friends from using MEWE.

I ordered a tablecloth on August 28, 2020. It was Rooster themed. the size was 75" x 60". It took at least a month to arrive, When I opened the package, I found a cheap piece of material size 29"x43". I"ve tried contacting them to no avail. I want to return it and get my $63.90 back. grrrr

I ordered a white and purple quilted spread with shams back in August. What I got was a queen size piece of fabric with 2 shams. Nothing like the the picture. Very disappointed. The company took my $72.00 and sent me garbage. Don’t be fooled like I was. This company is a scam. I sent it back, postage was $13.50 and guess what they would not except It. Now I’m out a total of $85.00

Same as the others - bait and switch. Paid $89 for a "quilt" which wasn't a quilt, but more like a light-weright bed spread of a photo copy of a picture. Haven't been able to get refund either through PayPal or American Express. I feel both of these companies should take more responsbility for their services.

I ordered rugs for a lot of money They were if poor quality and very thin. I want my money back.no used Pay Pal and still having trouble getting a refund I think the USA should have them investigated against them for fraudulent activity. I saw these rugs on Facebook so thus tell you jyst how stupid u was to believe them thinking it was a ok company boy was I a fool. Thanks a lot the good Old USA will let them to continue this practice. take them and enjoy you only get goid when to do goid the end is bad for good people who believed in your product... Oh how sad

I placed a order totaling $455.57 and I was not happy with the quality if the rugs I sent them back ( I Have the postal recite ) I have not received a refund . I ordered a rug and received a badly folded blanket with a cheap rubber backing. It looked beautiful and thick on the picture! How can I get my money back?
It is the cheapest looking piece of cloth that I paid $124.59 for.

I order three sets of sheets and a rug for $246.32. None of the items are as advertised and they took off ever to arrive and all arrived separately with no invoice or way to return. I can't believe the PayPal is allowing this scam to happen. The sheets sets are one sheet that is supposed to slip over the bed but you cannot get it over the bed because the zipper is not long enough and two pillowcases. The rug is disgusting and very cheap and poor quality as are the sheets as if they were homemade in a high school sewing class. It is unbelievable. My bank reversed charges then sent it thru again. This is a fraud. How do you not offer customer service. A phone number was listed on the original site for ordering but it does not work.

I ordered two Christmas quilts through a Facebook ad and many weeks later, I received two cheap sheets with a reindeer appliqués on it. There was no receipt, no return address except on the front of the package “US Guardianship LLC”. There is no phone number and I couldn’t find one anywhere. My bank reversed the charges for me but today put the charge back on. This is clearly fraud and I am so mad about it! My bank should protect me from this. I don’t know what to do now. I am out $90!
