I was very dissatisfied with what I received so I mailed the material back to your company. I bought a comforter set from Mewe Gallery and received what looked like to me, two thin sheets to me. It was not what I expected. I was so disappointed but loved the design but what I was looking forward to receiving was a comforter not two flat sheets with design so I mailed the order back months ago, hasn’t received my payment back yet.

I bought a Runner for the floor in front of my kitchen sink on line from Mewegallery as it was frequently advertised via the Scrabble game on Facebook. It arrived 10 weeks later and is a felt sheet instead of a floor runner. it is not at all as described. both the quality and design are very poor. A $140.00 mistake on my part. I have no idea where to return it for a refund.

I have ordered my son an fortnight blanket set in the amount of 79.90 i have reached out them on more than once since April 16,2020 and I never get any response I cave to them that i have not gotten my order that i placed in April and still nothing it is now September 21,2020 and i have came from my bank who have reached out to them as well because i put in the dispute and my bank told me that they sent proof to them that they have shipped me the comforter set and that is an complete lie

Bought a quilted bedspread, with a damask print, got a piece of [censored]nylon sheet with the image printed on it, except a zoomed in copy. $89 for a scam. Calling my bank to ask for a charge back cause the company is a fraud. [censored]ing foreign shysters... and the world hates Americans?! There reason it takes so long is it is shipped from China. I've purchased c[censored] from Wish which arrives in the same packaging, except nothing like what I ordered. Well known Chinese scams. Stay away.

I ordered 2 rugs...89 bucks each...came after 6 weeks...such poor quality I would not give 2 bucks a piece for them...paypal will not refund and mewe will not refund even though their ad claimed refunds at any time!...will not use Paypal again!...they cannot be trusted!

I ordered a duet cover. What was sent more than 2 months later is NOTHING like I ordered. It's a spray painted on horrible, gaudy quality, not anything like the quilted one in the picture. I unfortunately also order bird bath fountains (3) none of which have any parts that go together, so they do not work. Do not order anything from Mewe Gallery or Camelun. All crap!

I ordered what appeared to be a hand-tufted 8X5 rug. What I received was a two layer blanket with cheap binding around the edges and spray painted birds where the photo showed hand-tufted. Don't be fooled by this company as I was. I can't even give this away because of the uncertainty as to materials used to create this pathetic rug/blanket. Now here's the funny part: this "rug" came in a vacuum package approximately 16X16. Immediately the alarms went off. I thought, "Well perhaps it will explode like one of those rubber life boats." No, it just kind of laid there in its deflated state, which matched my feelings perfectly. Inferior product. Inferior company?

I ordered two quilts from this company but it was under the name Luxudora. It took weeks and To arrive. They came in a green plastic small package - when I opened them they were two pieces of rough cloth with something on it I did not order. And they had a strong smell of some type of chemical. No packing or return slip. I returned it to the return address on the package certified mail so they would have to sign for it. Cost $30. I am just now getting a partial refund from them through PayPal from MEWE Gallery Company. These guys are crooks. Beware.
