I ordered a rug and it is a scam! Looks more like a cheep blanket and I am so sorry I even ordered it. I am sure nothing will be done about this company but maybe this will help someone else from being sucked in my this so called company! It is sad to see that someone is always out there trying to take your money and nothing is ever done to them. Will call my bank and see if there is anything I can do about it. I put it on my credit card but it came across as Pay Pal and they should be ashamed.

I ordered the king Dragonfly bed cover and matching pillow cases, it took over 3 weeks and never got a tracking number. The design and colors are bright and beautiful, but l expected more than this thin cloth. Buyers beware, it also should list countries of origin on the website ! No more Chinese products for me

I purchased a rug from this scammer who sent a bath mat that had no semblance to the picture or quality of the item which I believe was appropriated from a legitimate company from which I previously purchased a similar high quality rug. There was no invoice or return instructions. The address was: Dept. 110, P.O box 300648 Jamaica, NY 11430. I paid by credit card and will contest the payment with my credit card company. This is clearly fraud using the USPS. We should all contact agencies in our states to report fraud including, including our legislators, to request increased legal protection from fraud.

Bait and switch scam company! I ordered a "Hawaiian quilt"... what a joke! Not at all like the picture! PayPal should not be backing these purchases. It's horrible quality. I want a refund as well but I think it's going to be a fight! I do hope PayPal will be honorable in their response for refund!

The website no longer can be found. MAny, Many complains - we all got duped on purchases or rugs. Also, apparently goes by name of Luxura.com . Purchased a rug. When it arrived it was in an 11x18 envelope from 18501 Arenth Avenue, CIty of Industry, CA 91748. It was more like a tablecloth!! Fortunately my credit card co (Citibank) had this company flagged and they refunded my purchase.

I ordered 4 rugs,waited several weeks, received only 3 and they looked like bath mats. NOthing like the pictures. Now they ignore my emails, customer service doesn't answer the phone. Working with PayPal to get resolved but I'm not hopeful. Spent $288.77 on poor quality (rugs?) and $82 to ship them back to Hong Kong! Free returns...yeah right! This company should have a class action lawsuit against them!

i bought a bedding set, thought it was going to be a quilt top, I had ordered,
truly disappointed.
No return or exchange or purchase paper inside package. Had to look at bank statement to find this page. they sent Wrong item, googled Asley 1-800 # but got nowhere. so called my bank, will return to sender(MARY 10450 PIONEER BLVD SUITE 4 SANTA FE,CA) 90670 hopefully they credit me back plus shipping return.

I order a specific rug for $99.99 paid through PayPal. Received a bath mat. First photo is a picture of carpet I ordered. Next is what I received. It is a large bath mat or for pool area. Not what I ordered. I received this item without invoice or where it came from except from USPS! I honestly didn’t know where or who sent it. I remembered it looked like carpet. I want my money back. Who do I contact for that. PayPal I guess.

Ordered a quilt. Received a quilt within a week or so. It was wrong pattern, wrong colors, wrong material. They refused to replace it until I returned package at my expense., which would have cost $40-$350 to Hong Kong. So they offered me a 40% refund. I reluctantly accepted, we'll see if I get it. Even if I do, they still made $48 by ripping me off! Imagine they swindle thousands this way. Do not buy from them no matter how nice their products look in their ads!

Received my $117.90 “rug” today - a month after I ordered. Like other people posting here, the item was send in a plastic bag with only the shipping company’s return address (ZJLogistics). No additional information inside. Just a thin, crappy item looking nothing like what I ordered! Filed a dispute with PayPal. If not resolved, will escalate to a claim. This company needs to be investigated!

Update: Upon filing a claim with PayPal, was offered a partial refund of $49 from MeWe. Hell no! I am holding firm for a complete refund. I advised that if MeWe would like their "rug" returned, they can send me a pre-paid postage label.

They're a front for a Chinese company. Only recourse is to contact your financial institution to ask for a charge back. The company is fraudulent. I remember the website looking like it was from Florida or something. If it weren't so trivial (not that $150+ is trivial) I'd contact the FBI and bust these shysters.
