MY STORY IS THE SAME AS THESE ONES. Placed an order 15 May 2020 for queen bedding & paid $106.64 Canadian funds which was taken from my credit card upon ordering. Have not heard a word never mind received the order. I too responded to an add on facebook which makes me wonder why Facebook cannot take some sort of action. The interesting thing is I found the add on my facebook & sent them an email with a customer complaint...I received a reply asking me to reply but was not able to. I went back on facebook & low & behold...that darn quilt add is NO WHERE TO BE SEEN!

I purchased a comforter on April 27th 2020 Thru the MEWE Gallery and paid 59.90, it came out of my account on April 28th. They gave me a merchant ID # of 6D954121K5846121 and an transaction # of 94N52599D1438442G and Invoice ID # of 906e4cc2-6020-4490-8e31-97fe56561d55, it was a Paypal payment!

I also bought a comforter on April 27th 2020 and have not received it! I paid $59.90 as well! How can PayPal let this kind of crap happen? I have my so-called ID numbers! Paypal will be getting a call! I have a very upset 9 year old daughter!

I ordered a rug May 7, 2020 from MeWe Gallery Co, Limited and received an email with no company name address nor phone #. Not even a receipt. They however, sent a false tracking number and named a Muchan transaction as the delivery company. ID with false number also. Why is it that croocket people and companies are allowed to steal from us and no one does nothing. I paid the same as Sandy Nauss $59.90. It's not fair.

I ordered and received nothing and After 2 months and then an escalation to my credit card company, I received a thin completely different pattern from what I ordered. Of course no way or too expensive to exchange. This company is a complete scam. Do not order!

I ordered a new bedding April 26, 2020 and have yet to receive it. I have sent in 2 emails and its just an excuse.. Of course money was taken out right away.

I saw the beautiful blankets and quilt and bought them right away, April 21, 2020. I have received both orders but the quality is so subpar. They look nothing like the pictures! Quilt is polyester and thin as a sheet. Throw blanket is something you hang on the wall. After reading their return policy, I know I'm screwed and must take my licking to the tune of $150.00 bucks. Makes me sick and this is a first for me. Lesson learned!

Purchased a Flamingo rug on 05/18/2020. I received a email and my credit card was charged, but product never received.

I ordered a rug 05/18/2020. The company name was Salgant, the invoice received via email was Mewegallery. They charged my account immediately. Sent a fake order ID and tracking number. I reported to Paypal who basically ignored my report to their resolution center. I noted that when I wrote them an email the company name changed, also when I marked them as spam on Facebook.

I order a comforter April 30, 2020 never receive it. And they want $5.00 more to find my order. This is not right, I should not have to pay anything to get my order. PayPal should not deal with Mewe Gallery. This is not the first missing article, has I have read the review. The review is everyone had the same problems. They pay and didn’t receive it.

I ordered a quilt in late March. Just received it on June 11. It is not what I expected. Colors are gaudy, work is cheap. It does not fit the bed, too small and I ordered a King size. It seems impossible to return, if I could even find an address to return it to. And reading their policy, it will not take back opened products. How can I inspect the product if I don’t open it? They have not answered my e mail.
Do not buy from this company.

Also ordered a quilt on May 20,2020. The money was immediately taken out and as of today June 12th I have not received anything nor have I heard anything about it being shipped or any other info. Very disappointed. Not sure what to do next?

Ordered a quilt on 5/23/20, paid 59.90. Immediately took the money. Only thing I've received so far is the receipt sent from PayPal. Nothing from the seller. Looks like I also got ripped off!

Ordered a "rug" on April 20th, 2020. They charged paypal right away. Sent me a tracking number that showed the item in Brooklyn, NY for well over a month. After I filed a claim package finally showed up on June 11th. It is a foam rubber piece of crap. I paid over $70 for it...

I did not order from Mewe I order from todula.com. but was billed by Mewe. Please be advised these are the same company. I am going to try and Paypal to refund my money but I'm not hopeful. We all as consumers need to file with our state to shut them down from doing business in our state. I have filed a dispute with my credit card also. I have email Todula but have received no reply.

I agree 100%. This company is fraudulent, and we should do whatever we can to stop anyone else from being cheated by them. I did receive products, but nothing close to what I ordered as appeared on their website. To get any money back, you have to return the product to HONG KONG at great expense (my throw and quilt cost $109 and the shipping cost $67.25, so if I get anything back--a big if--it'll be about 1/3 of what I paid). I ordered a rug April 29, 2020. Paid $59.90 which was debited from my account on the same day. I have Emailed the company to ask why my rug has not bee shipped as promised and paid for. Received no response. Have been in chats with PayPal for assistance for two weeks and I have received no assistance. PayPal should be assisting customers who have been cheated by Mewe Gallery. PayPal should discontinue business with Mewe Gallery as well. Please help so I can receive my money back. Thank you!

I placed my order in good faith from Facebook through Paypal. Had a picture of a beautiful quilt. I loved it and was so excited. It arrived today and it is the ugliest thing and does not even closely match the picture. It is not even the same color. It does look handmade and it is a slimy polyester fabric. Absolutely nothing like the picture. so disappointed, the good news is that I got something which is better than other complainers but it did take a long time (about 8 weeks) which the ad said it would take that long. I am bitterly disappointed and very angry at myself for even thinking I wouldn't be scammed. I am usually a better judge than this.

I had exactly the same experience. I never received the rug nor have I received a refund from PayPal after informing them of not receiving my ordered and paid for rug. PayPal and Facebook can do better!

I first saw an ad for this company on FB. I thought I might order a Skull Print bed set and a Octopus rug for the bath. They charged my PayPal account twice $69.90 ($139.80 total) and after about a month I received two very light weight packages (1st warning bell went off). Upon opening I found a very light weight psychedelic tie dyed bed cover with 2 pillow covers...the other package did have a Octopus rug however it was nothing at all like the ad pictures. It was very light weight with tightly folded creases, kind of a rubber like material about 1/8" thick. I started crying and tried to file a claim with Paypal but they shot it down and said they rule against my claim...in other words "Not our problem". I would love to attach pictures but can't figure out how to transfer to my desk computer from my smart phone. Please just note a WARNING don't take the bait...they are in China and you can't contact them to request refund/return.

Placed an order on May 7th for two rugs, money came out on May 8th from my account. I have not received anything yet.

I ordered 2 rugs on May 9th 2020, received an Invoice ID , a Customer Transaction ID and Merchant Transaction ID. I emailed them back looking for tracking information but have not heard anything since. It has been about a week since I submitted my email.
