I saw an ad on Facebook for a 24 day elf kit. There were fake reviews on the website and it really did look legitimate. But I purchased the kit over a month ago, and I still have not received the item or a tracking number. I tried emailing with no response, and the email provided on the website appears to be a personal email not a business email.
