Jul 01, 2021 - Wasted inquiry
I received a letter saying I was pre approved. Decided to roll the dice on it and was immediately declined. I’m not the first apparently after reading lots of the reviews. I think it’s pretty crumby to run hard check after sending a notice like that. The very least they could do is offer less if anything. At least it wouldn’t be such a waste of inquiry points. I’m pretty annoyed.
May 17, 2021 - Cancelled ASAP
Had an “outstanding” odds of approval and they didn’t offer me the $2500 credit line everyone seems to be getting. Closed the account immediately as I don’t need another account I can barely use with 30% utilization. Waited on the phone for 15 min and the person I spoke to had trouble speaking English. They didn’t try at all to keep you as a customer and made the process of leaving a great one. LOL

I just applied for this card but its saying that I already applied for this car before when this is my first time applying.
Apr 08, 2021 -Worst Experience EVER!
Got the card and used for a few months here and there. THEN FROZEN. I called and they said a charge was attempted and I explained it was me that did it. I was on hold with 3 different people for over 2 hrs. The 4th person said to bad U need to send us copies of utility bills and 2 forms of i.d. I then faxed that called back after 24 hrs and they said "To Bad" we didnt get it, do it again. I don't have a fax machine and it costs $7 to do it. They said to bad. I did it again from a different fax machine, another $7, waited 2 days and they said they didnt get it, "call back next week and check again" (It was Wed.). I am done! Hrs and Hrs on hold, transfer after transfer, ridiculous. I just quit using the card, been weeks now, I don't need the hassle with everything going on in the world. Crappy customer service for sure!

All the above are reviews from Credit Karma. I believe the good reviews may be fake to overcompensate for the bad ones. Not sure how a company like this can still be open and consistently lying to people.
I was going to apply to this credit card until I read all the reviews so I am now informing the BBB. I have not been scammed but it seems like these people have. I hope something can be done to stop this company from betraying people’s trust.
