I purchased mascara from an ad this company had running on Facebook. Everything seemed legit. However, I waited weeks for the product to be shipped. The company claims they shipped it with USPS. I never received the product. I’ve been going back-and-forth with the support customer service email for three weeks. Now they’ve gone silent. I want my money back or the product and yet I can’t get anywhere with this company. It is 100% fraud.
