WE CALLED TOWING SERVICE AND SAID THAT THEY WORK WITH STATE FARM TO PAY $ 90.00 FOR BATTERY JUMP AND THEY WILL GIVE US A RECITE SO WE COLLECT BACK FROM STATE FARM, WE CALLE THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND DAYS FOR RECITE AND WE DID NOT RECIBE ANY WE WERE CHARGE $ 317.11 AND NO SIGN FROM THIS COMPANY CALLED SP 247 TOWING SERVICE

On 5/27 at 1534 I called 27/7 towing service LLC at 888-968-0113 for a tow truck after my car broke down. I spoke to a woman who quoted me $338.74 to tow the car to my house 1.5 miles away because 'they couldn't tow it to a shop because it was after hours' I thought the price was high, but she assured me that my insurance would cover it. I did not realize this at the time, but my insurance does not cover tows. The company sent me a text and I made a payment with my debit card through a website called scanpay.tech. I was told that a driver would contact me within 30 minutes. I called back repeatedly and got the run around about the driver being stuck in traffic, the driver is only ten minutes away, they told me they would check with the driver and then call me right back but never did, etc... I called them a total of 17 times in 20 hours, just from my phone number, not including the numerous times I called them from other phone numbers. Eventually they just stopped answering my calls. Someone would pick up the phone and say 'can I help you' then hang up right away before I could answer. When I called from different numbers, they'd pretend that they were having a hard time understanding me and then hang up on me. A driver never called me, and the tow truck never came. The next day at around noon I ended up having to call another tow truck company to tow my car because I was afraid that the city would tow it to impound. I have recordings of some of the phone conversations. When I looked up the business online names associated with this business are Wanda Jean Kainz and Meni Agababayev. I googled Meni Agabayev and he has a history of running fraudulent businesses.
