Michael Anderson called me telling me I won $2.5 Million Dollars, all I have to do is open up another account in my name. Call him when I've open the account and he'll put the money in to the account. The feeling I was getting was, this is a scammed. Right now, I'm a dialysis patient, don't need the trouble. He gave me a pound #: 153601# and a pin number of: 1001. Call him back as soon as I can, once the account is open, he'll put the money in my account. Sound fishy to me so, i call the BBB.

A man said he was representing MEGA MILLIONS stated i had won 3.5 million, 10 million a week for life, and a Mercedes Benz. He required $200 payment of front on an Amazon card from Walgrens, and 1% of the IRS Tax $2,500. Needed the monies up front to process the claim and crew would be arriving from the airport to my residence along with a flat bed 2018 Benz. $2,500 needed to be forwarded to "Peggy Hancock *** * *** *** SC 29353, and the $200 payment required over the phone. He provided a number of ID numbers that would be required as proof upon arrival of the Prize Patrol as my identification to receive the prizes, and the names of the representatives from Mega Millions arriving at my door "Bobby Walson will be the rep" and "Mary Goldberg will be the attorney". You will receive $500,000 in cash, and then the team will head over to your bank and deposit $2.5 million into your account.

I contacted the District Attorney and they stated no Prize Lottery would require payments before hand of the prizes, they are fishing for information and money, it's a scam.

Caller identified himself as John Turner. Said my mother (elderly, widow) had won a lottery prize but had not claimed timely. He instructed her to get a $500 Amazon gift card so she could claim the prize anyway. Instructed her not to tell anyone. The next business day he called backed.

His number showed up on the caller ID as 202 996 4554. Then repeatedly called back after they hung up on him. I tried to return the call from my cell phone but it immediately announced that "call rejected"

Won 5 million, wanted me to mail check for registration

Consumer came in and stated that mega millions sweepstakes called him. Person stated they will bring a suitcase with the money in it, 2.5 million in total. Person must pay a registration fee of $799.25. They will present the check and bring the news with them.

Two different men called me on my cell. Don't know how they got it. One man called around 10 or more times. One was from Jamaica, another from new York, another was Las Vegas. I was sent a check to deposit in my banking account. Which I didn't, I thought scam. He said I won a lottery, all I had to do is give him $500.00. Then he would send a carrier to my house, to give the rest to me. I would always say when he called I wasn't going to give him any money. That I heard it was a scam. The last time I talked to him, he was yelling at me, because I wouldn't. Then I blocked his numbers. Then another man called and said he was from Bank America, Someone was wanting to put 3 million dollars in my account. For me to start an account. I said no they could just give me cash. He said he would talk to them and get back to me. I blocked his number to. Which was 1-954-955-3641.

contacted via phone that we had won 4.5 millions and a 2018 Mercedes benz. Was asked for my email which I gave them and received the paperwork I need to send them $4500. to cover the fees which I didn't do. they called me back asking if I had send the money told them I didn't have the funds to send them so they got a waiver of $1000.00 off the $4500. Now they are going to call me again today to see if I have sent the funds via post office. of course I have to exercise caution and confidentiality with regards to my prize winning information. I have asked them to send this to me via registered mail and of course that isn't possible as they have sent it to me via email. Don't get me wrong I would totally enjoy winning a lottery with this amount of money but I will not pay them to send me this money. I can't remember taking part in this lottery. was also told to check ScamPulse.com about this lottery winning

The scammers said I was selected due to my Walmart purchases to win $2,500,000US + $2,000.00/month for life and a 2018 Mercedes.

The scammers name is so called Michael McKay 205 224 8766. People he uses to collect money from western union are Brenton Malcolm, Miami Florida, Krista Smith London Ontario, Arusha Corke Toronto Ontario, Gary Campfall Chetwynd British Columbia.

They asked for money to get the package released in total they wanted $32,500 CA to seal the deal. They kept escalating the amount that they wanted me to send either by WESTERN UNION or MONEY GRAM OR CERTIFIED CHEQUE.

The scammers also used the phone number 604 757 9475

The supposibly border guys name was JAMES JOHNSON I have sent a message to WESTERN UNION not to accept money transfers to the above people.

The first call came in about 3 or 4 days ago and they told me they were with Mega Millions. Then they told me I won money, they said I won 2.7 million dollars. Then I asked them what company they were with, and they were with Mega Millions. I first talked to John Anthony then he had something else that wanted to get my personal information, it was called a PI4 or PL4 I am unsure exactly. I didn't give them any information. They said they had sent me a letter, and I let them know I will wait to receive the letter until speaking with them. They called several times since then. Today there was a change John called himself John Reed and I let him know he was John Anthony before. Then I asked him what Micheal's last name who works with him is, and he said Anderson. The first day he was Micheal Lopez and also called this person an agent. The reason I asked for the name again is because the amount had changed to a 3 million figure from 2 million. This was very confusing.

I received a call from 407-216-72947 at 9:20a.m.est on 7-23-18 from Mr. Taylor at Mega Millions. He said I had won 25 million or something like that. I told him that I have been getting all these scam calls of what you are saying. He said oh no, I can guarantee you we are legitimate, he said call the BBB when I said I would need to check the BBB. He said call them and then call me back. He said they would bring the check to my house. Most of them have called had my address.

We received a call on our landline yesterday from Mega Millions Lottery Sweepstakes LTD. We received another call from them today. Wanted us to pay $300 upfront fee with a gift card. I don't remember the name of the card. Stated we won $3 Million. The first delivery from UPS will be a check for $75,000. There would be two envelopes. Caller stated we need to get the details straightened out. They would need to meet with us. They gave me phone number 414-856-7588. I know it is a scam. He is supposed to call back. They had my old house address. I have not lived there for six years. I also reported these calls to the Elyria, OH police department.

My husband received a fax from Mega Millions. He may have received a phone call at first. The mailing states he won $10,000. They do not say how much he is to send. When he receives the check he will then have to pay taxes and fees. Delivery fees should be done at the nearest money trans outlet location. He does not believe me when I tell him it is a scam.

- Superior, WI, USA

I apparently won $2.5 million. I was to call 876-865-5794 for instructions as to sending them $250 for "state taxes due". I did not fall for the scam.

- Wasilla, AK, USA

First contact was by phone for my ex wife then for me the next day wrong first name. Then email of attached documents and a few text messages. So many flags it was funny and sad. Poor English, couldn’t get my name correct, and hinted around fees. I truly beleave this is a fake all the signs are there be careful people, do your homework.

I received a call from a Bryan Mills saying I had won 3.5 million dollars on a raffle that I was entered in based on my good standing with my utilities companies for making payments on time. I was then told to go to UPS store or Walmart to pay for the shipping cost. I was told to give UPS or Walmart this information in order to receive a tracking number... Elizer Ortiz 21 Truxton St. Brookly New York 11233. Once I received a receipt from UPS or Walmart they would then send out the package which would be delivered by UPS to my home so long as I was able to provide them with the receipt from Walmart or UPS for proof that I had paid the shipping fee of $128.22. Bryan gave me a number of 405-454-7332 which only accepts texts. I asked for his supervisors name and number. He would not give me a number but said his supervisors name was Bobby Spent.

A male caller identifying himself as John Green requested $750 USD be wired through Wells Fargo Bank in exchange for $3.5M and a car won by the victim in a recent Mega Millions drawing.

Said won 6.9 million dollars and a 2018 car; said wanted to meet
