I purchased 2 swimsuits in July for $72, neither fit so I started the returns process. I was told that I could keep them and give them to charity or sell them to a friend for a “partial refund”...of $12. No thanks. So I was then told that I had to pay shipping and handling for priority mail, and to make sure there was a tracking number to send to her. Fine, done. I just want my money back. The date comes that I see it was received by the tracking number (not just security for them), I email “Emma” back and tell her such, she says they have received the items and it will take 3-15 days for me to receive my refund.

15 days passes, I email customer service again. Emma, who seems to be the only person who works for this company, emails me back and says that the financial dept had “technical problems” and cannot refund me through my original payment method and can they have my PayPal info for refund. Whatever, I just want my money. So I give her my @ for PayPal and she tells me I’ll have it in 3-5 days. Why, when PayPal is instantaneous?

5 days comes and goes. I emailed Emma..again. I told her that I would be starting the dispute process with my bank in order to get my funds back since it appeared that I would never be receiving them from their company. Rest assured, Emma said she would check with their financial dept again.

Yesterday I had enough of the runaround and told Emma that I would be starting a dispute today with my bank and presenting these emails as proof that I have been trying to get my money refunded since July. Like magic, this morning I wake up to a notification that I have funds in my PayPal account. I checked my email and, lo and behold, I received and email from Emma at 2324 last night saying the funds were sent and to please verify. The funds were sent at 2324 last night.

I paid $72 for this merchandise and they refunded me $63 with PayPal taking a $3 fee. I am beyond mad, especially since it has taken 2 months.

Emma seems to only be able to respond to my inquiries in the middle of the night. All in all, 0/5 stars, do not recommend.

I really wished I would have viewed these reviews before I placed my order. Emma keeps telling me that my order has been shipped as well. And the only thing she sent me was a tracking number that only states that a label was made and that ups hasn’t received package yet? I am about to file a report and get my money refunded!

I bought 3 swimsuits @ $85 in June 2020, none of which fit as described (2 were even missing tags)- and after I sent them back on July 2nd (after contacting them first per their instructions and using certified USPS mail with a tracking number which I paid $17 shipping fees per their policy), I heard nothing. I even took pictures of my shipping labels before I sent them bc they said I had to. Yesterday I emailed them back. Apparently ‘Emma’ is the only Customer service rep. And she said I had to give them my PayPal info to get a refund. I told him I don’t have a PayPal account that that was not in the fine print for returns and that I demand to speak to a manager. Still no response. So I went on their FB page today and shared my experience. My comment has since been deleted and I am now blocked from commenting on their page. I am going to report them to the BBB here in the US. I would love to file a class action lawsuit as well based upon the same stories I’m reading on here.

Oh wow. That is awful that happened to you. I just got blocked and my review was removed also by this fraudulent company on Facebook as well, after I left a nice long negative review as well. If you haven't already, just repost to your personal page. Meet.Curve is NOT above the law or above anyone for that matter and the scam artist better get that through their [censored]ic heads once and for all >:(

If you can find out how to file a class action lawsuit against this fraud company, please do so. I hope that can work out for you. I just want to cry right now because I was scammed out of $143.96 from them :'(

You can file a fraud claim here (https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/) and I'd encourage you to reach out to your bank to dispute the charges. They deleted my Facebook comments too and turned off commenting.

Same story as others here. Purchased, fit was off, returned (lots of hoop jumping to do so) then asked to create a PayPal account to get a refund. Even suggested using a friend's PayPal account and having them give me the money. Yikes. Do Not Purchase!

Just here to echo the above comments. They owe me roughly $139 and some change. Keep giving me the run around about not being able to refund it back to my card. Told them I shouldnt have to download an app they want to use (paypal) just to get my money back, but I did it anyway. "Emma", who is apparently the only customer service person, thanks me for the paypal info and tells me I'll get the info asap. This was all late last night/early this morning so clearly not a company in the U.S. and guess what, still no money in my account. I'll be filing complaints wherever I'm able to.

I ordered two suits back in June. Once I received them I immediately tried them on and they were too small on the chest area and too big in the butt. So I reached out to return them. First they wanted me to donate to a friend and receive a partial refund but I said no. Their sizing is off and I would rather return them and get my money back. So after going back and forth for a week they finally agreed to accept them as long as I foot the bill for the shipping cost. They received them mid July. So after a week I emailed to find out when my refund would be sent. They said if I don’t get it in 30 days to contact them. 30 days passed and I emailed again. They said the request was sent to keep an eye out but if it’s not showing in another 30 days to contact them. Today I get an email saying due to an issue they can’t refund back to my card and I need to send them a pay pal account to refund it thru. I don’t have a pay pal so I inform them of that. Now they said I can either have the suits back, use someone else’s pay pal or create a new account. This company is a complete joke. I’ve never had an issue with a refund like this.

They keep telling me they never got my package. The tracking said it was scanned in as a return, I even verified with USPS. I have been waiting over a month for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I just disputed purchase with my credit card company.

They will not refund your money. This company has stolen from me. I contacted the returns department, sent my items back and even confirmed they received them. I was told a refund would be issued within 30 days and it has not. This is bad business and theft. I have contacted them numerous times being told I’ll get my money and haven’t. Truly horrible how they scam people. I see so many people buying their products and it is upsetting we are helping support such a sham of a company with zero moral compass.

I ordered swim suits from this site. I kept two and return the others (over $200) in returns should have been refunded. I confirmed with the company via email that they got my return and a refund should have been issued within 30 days. It has been well over that and I only get emails apologizing saying the money is coming. I have since found other posts saying the same thing happened to others. This company needs to be shut down as this is theft. The phone number provided is a fake number and is non-working. Someone please help stop this company from continuing to steal from others.

I ordered 2 swimsuits from MeetCurve. This was my first order with them. When I received the swimsuits, they were too big. My original plan was to send them back and exchange them for smaller sizes. I reached out to customer support team. A lady named "Emma" first asked if I wanted to donate the swimsuits to charity. What Charity program wants swimsuits during Covid 19 outbreak? She also wanted me to give a detailed description about what did not fit right with the swimsuits. I did that. After multiple days of emailing back and forth, she finally sent me an email address to send the return package to. I had to paid for shipping to return the package. It has been over a month and a half. According to UPS the return package was delivered on the 14th of July. It's currently the 4th of August. I have YET to receive a refund. I email customer support everyday and "Emma" says she's sorry and isn't sure what has happened. Don't EVER buy from this company unless you are okay with not receiving your money back or doing any exchanges. There is NO customer service for this company and everything is done through email. It's a scam.

I ordered two swimsuits from Meet Curve. The email that said the product shipped, had tracking information on it but didn’t actually connect to anything. So I wasn’t sure if or when they would actually arrive. They did arrive only a few days after I expected them.

The suits fit well and are of nice quality (one is identical to a suit from Swimsuits for all from last year).

One suit wasn’t exactly the color that it was in the photo. The top half was navy and white stripes and it was so dark it was almost black. The bottom was navy solid but it was more royal blue so they didn’t really match top and bottom on the same one piece suit.

I voiced this in the review, along with my comments that the suit fit nicely, as well as the shipping delay. They deleted the two negative comments and left only the positive commentary. And you will see there are almost no comments on their IG or FB pages. Seems like they are deleting anything not perfectly positive.

But with custom as you have to pay to return. But good prices and sizes right.

I ordered a swimsuit to be delivered to my new home in a new state. By the time I arrived and opened the package it was obvious the swimsuit sizing was not to US sizing. By the time we got internet and I emailed Meet Curve about returning the swimsuit it was a few days after the 15 day return policy. They refused to return/exchange and suggested that I give it to a friend that it might fit. First of all, I don’t have any friends in a new state I just moved to. I don’t have any friends or family my size or in this case smaller that could wear the swimsuit. I ordered it because we have a swimming pool at our new home. I would NEVER recommend anybody ordering anything from here.

I asked to return the two swimsuits because there was not enough support in the chest area. I included the email with the original order information in my request (2 swimsuits). They responded recommending I give them to a friend, family member or charity. I told them my husband would not be ok with that ($75 USD) and I would like to return them. They replied saying that I must state the reason for the return first. Um, as I originally stated, there is not enough support in the chest area. Why the heck is this so difficult?

I ordered a swimsuit, but their picture did not match what I received. They insist I pay to return the item. I am not going to pay for something that isn't my fault. Now disputing with my CC company. The picture on the left is from their website and shows white dots, my picture on the right shows mint dots.

Ordered 3 pieces of clothing which came, but they will not accept return. The website clearly says returns are accepted (see policy below). The rep is trying to negotiate me not returning the clothes for a refund for about a week now. I have asked for the return address several times. It seems they are gaining by making returns so difficult that people do not bother.

Return/Exchange Process

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at [email protected] to get a return authorization and return address.

Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

Did you even get your money? I am 6 weeks of trying to get a refund for over $200.
