This company claims they are curve friendly and that they have a guaranteed return policy. It took me two weeks just to get the return address, I had to pay for my own shipping, and now, over a month later, I still don't have my refund amount. This company is money hungry and slimey. Do NOT buy from them. Go to Torrid instead for my plus sized ladies!

“Customer Service” will not reply to my inquiry about my order. It’s been 2 weeks since the order was placed. Saw multiple reviews after the fact stating this website is a scam and they never received refund and if they did receive their order it was wrong size, bad quality or missing items

BLOODY NIGHTMARE this company is fraud I wasn't settling for anything less than a refund I didn't even get that. I ordered 3 costumes one was damaged both wires coming out and the other 2 had no real chest support crap ... so I contacted them and what do I get would you accept 16 dollars (I'm in the uk) then 22 dollars then 26 dollars I stood my ground about a refund and threatened them with federal or something I put bad reviews on their Facebook page but they kept deleting me and putting their ad back up and now they blocked me entirely I've had the suits 3 weeks I think ..am I still entitled to ring my bank? SCAM SCAM SCAM

I purchased 3 swimsuits for MeetCurve.com two 2-piece suits and a one piece for $137.69. I want to return the one piece and 1 of the 2 piece. The only contact information is an email for customer service. I emailed customer service requesting the refund, why, and asked for the return address. First reply asked to know again what I was returning and why. So I responded with the same information but added I expect to have the address to return my items by tomorrow morning. Second response stated the cost to return would be $79.97, which is the exact amount they would have to refund me. Then offered me $26. Partial refund for the one piece suit only. My response was I want the return address by tomorrow. I will worry about the return cost as I pick the carrier since Your company doesn’t cover return shipping.I also let them know I was putting a report on ScamPulse.com and I started a dispute with the aid of my credit card company. I have to wait 15 days to see if they refund me the amount of $79.97 and keep all email interactions. If they haven’t by then, the dispute department takes over the dispute. If I am able after to put an update I will.

Obviously used a swimsuit and poor quality. Then contacted the company and they sent an email with a list of requirements to return and offered $20 to keep the merchandise. Stated that if I still wanted to return the merchandise they would send a return address. I sent back stating I needed an address to return the items. In the instructions it stated I only had 7 days to return for credit, we are now heading towards 10 days. The email they returned had only city, state, and zip. I sent a reply to an email stating that this was not a deliverable address and they sent another email the same as the first one that had all the instructions, but now offered only $12 to keep merchandise. This is a scam and fraud!

I spent $250 and only 1 top fit and was even close to quality expected. The rest were not good quality and unable to be worn. I emailed the company and was told they would give me $50 refund to keep my order. I replied that was not acceptable and they said I could just give them to friends and donate them. I replayed again stating that was not acceptable. There’s still not a resolution. I’ve emailed multiple times and continue getting the run around. Their website says for a return to email them and they will send information on how to process it but this has not happened. They sent an address of the city and state but not even an actual address or any information. I have also been blocked from their Facebook page and all my comments questioning the issue have been deleted. So they only leave the fake comments up.

Same thing happened to me, it's a friking joke. Also a company called ezepopsy might be run by the same thieves this one is run by! They wanted me to gift it to someone. And then offered a 5 dollar coupon and like 25 bucks in return. But to keep the dress that cost me around 90 bucks and return shipping was gonna be 75 bucks! Trash company!

I ordered off Meetcurve got a bogus tracking number. I keep emailing them only to get a generic message sent back every time! Should've read reviews first! Still have not received product!

Just as many others have described, this company does not actually follow their own return policy. I purchased three items none of which fit (and to be honest, all were of poor quality). They make you request a refund and then try to offer you coupons in lieu of a return. They won’t give you a return address to facilitate the return. A very frustrating experience.

Same experience as many of those below. They don’t actually honour their exchange policy. I can’t get them to provide me with a return address.

Same story as many below - ordered a few bathing suits using the size guide but none fit. After multiple emails back and forth, they still won’t send me an address to return items to. Such a disappointment- I’m blasting them online wherever I can find a spot to do so.

I ordered from Meet.Curve on 3/16/2023. The first red flag was not receiving any tracking information, one day the items just showed up on my door step and it took about 13 days. I needed to return some of the items so i emailed their support group. The return process is a scam. First they have to approve your return and they do not give you a return address. I have sent 6 emails back and forth with their support team, advising i want to return these specific items, the reasons why and repeatedly asking for their return address. The closest ive gotten to the return address is that its in NY, USA. They have asked if i would want a $9 compensation and $5 credit to their store. I have once again requested my full refund im owed and the return address. Lastly, they only give you 15 days from the date its delivered that they accept returns. Clearly they are wasting time so they do not have to refund me and it will be outside of the return window. This company is clearly a scam and i am out money because of it when all i wanted to do was return items for what i paid. They still, 5 days later, have not provided me the return address and they only respond at 2 in the morning. This company is a scam.

The company will not take a return. They will push for 1/8th of a refund and offer coupons instead.
All their swimsuits are falsely advertised. The measurements are all wrong. The material isn’t of good quality.
Just look at the social media is spam. And they our based out of china but advertise via picture and sales post that allude to another story.
I’m out 218 dollars if they don’t take back these swimsuits. And that will not happen. It’s time to blast their social media and ask for our money back like they advertised.

Sizing of products is inconsistent with size chart. The website lists a detailed return procedure but once I attempted to initiate the return, I was instead asked to keep the items and offered a refund at a fraction of my purchase price. I refused the offer and asked to proceed with the return process. This messaging went back and forth three times before being told I could not return the items although I was within the return window.

I wanted to return the items and they tried bargaining with me to give me a $5 coupl and a $32 refund on a $71.97 purchase. They did not provide me with a full return address. They have strung me along for approximately 10 messages back and forth with no result.

I placed a swimsuit order from this company and was unhappy with the merchandise. Their website states you must email the company with your order number to receive the return address, which is different than the one listed on the company website. I sent my first email 2/22 explaining I wanted to return them and why. I received a reply from "Christine" at 1:16am 2/24 reminding me to not ship the suits back to the address on the site. I was offered a coupon or partial refund and told "Waiting for your reply." I answered that same day at 9:15am saying no thank you, just the refund. I got a reply at 5:04am 2/25 reminding me there is no free return service and I would have to pay return shipping. I was offered a $31 refund and $5 coupon and told "Looking forward to hearing back from you soon!" I responded again at 7:52am the same day and said no, I do not want a coupon and a partial refund, and that I already explained that the suits are unwearable. I insisted on a full refund. I have received no reply. I sent a second request on Feb. 26, a third Feb. 27, and a fourth yesterday. I have also attempted the website's "chat with us" feature, but that is obviously a scam as the several times I tried (at morning, afternoon and evening on different dates) I got a message that "no one was available," but to please fill out this form. It was only then, and from searching sites like Reddit, that I found this has happened to multiple customers and that the company will often "ghost" you and refuse to provide a return address. The company also has a 15-day window for returns, which I have certainly exceeded by now having gone through a weeklong back-and-forth attempting to return these suits. They are unworn. The tags are still on them. I have the bags they were shipped in. There is no reason why I should not have been able to complete this return like a normal customer. I have reason to believe this company is scamming people out of money and sending reject/defective clothing knowing they will not accept a return in order to refund the purchaser.

Omg what a scam company they are! I wish I read these reviews sooner. I am dealing with them right now. I got excited with their swimsuit choices and stupidly bought 4 of them at $174.11. None of them fit properly even thought I used their size guide. Too tight and the torso is way to short for me! I've been dealing with "customer service Karen" Getting the same kind of run around about returning the items - Telling me it would cost over $25 to ship it and never giving an address. She then tells me to keep the items for a partial refund of $88 dollars. I say no way. I contacted them right away and I'm entitled to a full refund! She then offers a refund of $130. At this point I was tired of the back and forth crap so I agreed to the $130. I would take the loss of $44.11 and consider it a hard lesson learned. That was 3 days ago. I have not heard back from "Karen" since then to confirm refund. I think I'm going to report them to the BBB and contact my bank! This company is disgusting and needs to be stopped.

I ordered the same tankini top, same size but in different colors. When I received them there was a significant size difference. I emailed them immediately about this and sent a picture. They advised me, sizes may vary, and told me to keep the top and they will give me a $15 coupon. I paid $27 + tax and I can't wear this top so I advised I wanted to return it and get a full refund back.

They flat out wouldn't let me return it but they bumped the $15 coupon up to an $18 credit back. Big Deal! I asked but they wouldn't give me a reason as to why I couldn't return it and get a full refund.

It's horrible a company would treat customers like this. It shows they have no morals and don't care about having return customers. It does show they care about ripping off women and getting as much money out of you as possible.

I purchased 3 swimsuits from meet.curve. I received a shipping confirmation with an unusable tracking number. After a month of waiting for the package, I contacted them asking for help. They told me to wait and it would show up. I waited another week. When it didn’t show up I asked for a refund. They told me to wait a few more days. I waited another week. I finally told them I needed my money back and they’re refusing to refund me. I have numerous emails.
