I ordered a necklace on their website, Medjewel (medjewel.co), on October 29, 2023. They charged my credit card for the $53.99 (a total of $54.00 lost) but as of today I haven't received my order. I emailed them 3 times in November and never got a response.

I searched for a phone number to call and inquire but they don't have any listed or a street address.
