Hi, on Sept 28, 2023 I placed my first order with this online business (online pharmacy), for a product (brand name Sporanox) that I wasn’t able to get in the U.S. (Order number: 49851). I paid a fee of $558.62 by eCheck. Payment was successfully processed by the vendor and my order was updated to “preparing for shipment” status on October 3rd, 2023. I was supposed to receive a tracking number when the order is shipped. However, so far, I haven’t received it. I contacted the vendor’s customer service at the two email addresses provided ([email protected] and [email protected]) and their representative Mike Garcia answered that I should receive the tracking number in a couple of days. Then nothing happened. So far I send about 10 emails to request updates on my parcel, but I don’t get any replies, and my order still shows as “ready to be shipped” on their Website. In an email related to payment by eCheck, the vendor stated that "an E-check can be reversed by simply calling your bank, within 40 days, if the merchant does not fulfill its terms and conditions", Therefore I contacted my bank to request a refund, but the bank denied the claim stating that the payment was already processed. I feel like I was deceived and scammed by this vendor. Your support in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated!
