I called a Honda parts number to order a part I needed when a recording came on the line to ask if I wanted a free medical alert device, I said yes, I was transferred to a woman and I asked if there is a monthly fee for using the service she replied yes. I told her I was not interested and please transfer me back to finish ordering my part with Honda and she would not, she continued to try to sell me the services. The company name is Medical Alert 24/7. What a joke. This woman sells devices to the elderly and I think I qualify. I am 66 yrs old I've had several stents and a double bypass and this woman thought it would be funny to make me upset, talk over me and refuse to transfer me back to the Honda company.
