Type of a scam Online Purchase

Scam, Not as advertised

They do NOT deliver the product in which you ordered, They are CHEAP, They charge a high amount and then deliver crap. They should not be allowed to use services like 1800flowers. The arrangement I ordered was supposed to have Roses and several flowers. The one I got did not even have 1 rose and they used a ugly old pot & didn't even give me 1/2 the amount of flowers I was supposed to get. They are scamming people. They need to be shut down.!

Didn't deliver as promised, Arrangement was horrible

My friend ordered some flowers for me, they were supposed to be delivered yesterday per their promise. She got an email stating your flowers have been delivered. Well they weren't. So she called them and had to explain like 3 times that they WERE NOT delivered. She was so upset as she was trying to brighten my rough day. And for them to not deliver when they promised they would AND say that they were, is pathetic. All they did was argue with her, and say this needs investigating. They never apologized or anything, just argued. Finally got them the next day. They were left on the porch and the arrangement was HORRIBLE
Apparently this shop doesn't seem to care about there service or their flowers from all the reviews I've looked up. They will never get our business again.

My Mother ordered a basket of flowers from the shop Maya's Flower Shop through a third party service called From You Flowers. This Floral Arrangement was around $70 and to our dismay a roughly $10 dollar basket of weeds accompanied by a dollar tree bear was delivered to the front door. When we reached out on May 12th, they promised to replace the basket SAME DAY, and never contacted us again or replaced the basket. I decided to visit the address, today May 13th, to find it completely empty. The Business hours are 9:00 A.M.- 4:30 P.M. however a neighboring business informed me they are never there, and upon inspection, they were correct. There are no employees, no flowers, and as of today there is no one answering their phone either. The neighboring business informed me that I am not the first person to search for this company and on google there is only one star ratings from people with wilted, dead, or incorrect arrangements. I am unsure if From You Flowers is aware of the Fraud and supports it. This company was located in suite G1 but has "moved" to C4.
