This company operates a valid website and shipped me the item I purchased. However, no one on their website does it indicate they are based in Serbia. In fact, their website lists a US based address and all indications are it is in the US. However, once I completed the purchase and received shipping information, it was clear they were not based in the US. The item did not arrive when it initially said it would, so I tried to return it. However, in order to return it I have to pay for shipping to Serbia. The cost to ship the item back isn't worth the effort so I did not return the item. It feels like this company is operating falsely. Had I known "returns" would require shipping to Serbia, I would not have purchased from them. Had I known they were not US based, I would not have purchased. It's false advertising.
