Via Facebook, I ordered a DIY Painting By Numbers Tree Of Life No Frame on Thirty-five days after not being sent the product, I emailed and was told it would take several days longer. I realized this is a scapm.

I ordered two paint by number pieces on April 7th. I was told I would receive a tracking number, I never did. $39.90 was withdrawn from my account. Every time I contact them they give me a list of thousands of numbers to check. I never did receive the tracking number to do so.

My story is exactly like everyone else's story on here. I ordered a paint by number kit in late March after seeing an ad on facebook. I never received a tracking number. I reached out to them several times and have heard nothing. I plan on calling my credit card company to see if I can do anything about it at this point. TOTAL SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!

I share the same experience as everyone else. Ordered PBN kit the middle of March 2020, and never received anything! No response to my e-mails. I never got an email from them with a tracking number either. I just would like a refund at this point! This company is fraudulent!

My experience echoes most on this thread. I clicked on an ad on FB and was taken to a very legitimate looking website. I ordered 03/27/2020. I was given a tracking number which took me to a complicated spreadsheet in which my tracking number was not displayed. I did receive an email with an alternative way to track, but It says that my order is not in the system. The company says that the delays are due to Covid-19, but a quick look at the BBB site shows that these issues have been going on for years. I wish that I had checked them out before I ordered, but it just looked so legitimate. In the meantime, I receive 3 to 4 emails per day offering new products. I would NOT recommend buying from this company! They are either scammers, or in completely over their heads.

This company based in china needs to be investigated...i like so many others have lost money and had no communication or goods sent. I am from Australia and i thought i was paying in aust dollars but saw on my card statement it had been charged in US dollars, almost double!
I filed a credit card dispute with my bank and they credited back my money within 4 days...i encourage others to do the same...
Once bitten, twice shy...how dare they? SHUT THEM DOWN!

Ordered from Max Novelty a paint by number kit on March 26, 2020. Never received a tracking number, but they charged my credit card immediately. I sent them a message after not receiving acknowledgement of order and a tracking number, but no response. Now it is May 3rd and nothing. I see so many complaints about this scamming company. I sure wish I had looked them up before I ordered. I got the information on them to order from Facebook. Sure hope they have taken them down. I see this company has another business called Dog Groomers Rock. People there are getting scammed, also.

I ordered two paint kits the end of March. They took the money, sent me tracking numbers, but nothing has been received and it's been over a month. I want my money back or at least a response as to an estimated shipping time, so I can see if I just want my money back. I've written to them with no response.

I ordered two Paint by Number products from Max Novelty on April 3, 2020.
The site indicated I would receive an email in 2-3 days with a tracking number. I never received a tracking number. My credit card was charged for this order. I emailed the company three times asking when to expect delivery, but without response.. There is no phone number to call for support/information. Obviously not a legitimate business. Max Novelty continues to send me emails with offers for 10% to 20% off purchase.
Is there any way to investigate and shut down this scam?

Same as the other complaints. Placed an order in mid March. Received confirmation and they certainly accepted my payment. Two weeks later I requested tracking information and received an apology for the delay and a written confirmation that my order had shipped and I would see a tracking number shortly. Six weeks after purchase and I have not received my order or even a tracking number. No responses to my last two requests for update. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Similar to everyone else, I've paid and never received my items. Found other complaints on different websites regarding similar consumer experience. They have ceased to provide responses regarding refunds, kept reiterating that the COVID situation have impacted their shipping timelines, which is bull[censored] when they have failed to provide any tracking details. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Pretty much the same experience as everyone else here - ordered kit on 3/30, it is now 4/20 and I haven't heard a peep from this company, even after sending two email inquiries. Looking at the dates everyone here ordered and the dates now that everyone is reporting these scammers, it looks like all of us responded to the same fraudulent ad campaign. Ugh.

I ordered a paint by number kit for my mother's birthday in mid-March. It's April 20th (mom's birthday has come and gone) and although I got a confirmation email I never got a shipment notice and my mother hasn't received it. When I inquired last week I got an auto-reply saying due to COVID they are experiencing delays in both response times and shipments. Based on my research, this company has been having these issues since early 2018 and the Better Business Bureau has a negative file on them. Whoops, didn't do my due diligence before this purchase, ugh. I'm filing with my credit card company to get my money back.

Never received items. Try to track and got a spreadsheet. You needed to find your order number on the spreadsheet and get the tacking number. My order number was never on the spreadsheet. I tried to email support never for a response. No number to call. Pretty sure I got scammed. What an ugly thing to do especially in times like this.
