Still waiting for my painting. Ordered it April 1st and been getting the run around. Do not buy from this company if you don’t want any headaches. Gonna contact my bank and BBB about this.

I ordered 2 paint by number on March 31st. I still have not received them. They keep blaming the virus, but we have ordered other things from China and they didn't take this long. Even worse they keep sending you emails to try and get you to buy more. I have complained directly to them, and while they do respond pretty quickly, it does no good. I finally told them I didn't want the items anymore and wanted a refund. They said sorry, they already shipped! If you don't want them you can just refuse them. Like I am going to wait by the mailbox for the mail and refuse them. I don't even know if the mail carrier would take it back, who pays for the return shipping? Today I had had enough, 113 days, 3 1/2 months and counting. I got a refund from my cc co. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !

This company is a scam! I ordered a kit on April 15th, 2020 and it is now July 11th, and no order has been received! It's impossible to try to track anything with their bogus tracking. And they charged my account immediately for $19.95! This company is out of China and they tried to tell me that it was due to covid-19 . Well I ordered from China recently during the pandemic and received the item in 2 weeks so it's all lies from this company!

ordered 2 pictures in early April...still not here. I tried contacting them during their business hours, said i would have to wait a while longer...Covid..yada yada yada. Now months later still trying to get ahold of them...their tracking link DOES NOTHING, their contact address DOES NOTHING...GOES NO WHERE LIKE MY COMPUTER FROZE!

I ordered a paint by number for 18.00 on April 2nd 2020. I have never gotten product. I wrote 3 x and they send fake tracking info. The money was taken from my account immediately. Now they are not returning my email asking for a refund.

Ordered March 2020. Never received. But, I continue to receive weekly emails for more sales and more discounted prices. Never a response, phony shipping numbers, no responses to inquiries. Contracted, BBB, and filed a report.
Will be contacting atty General so of Rhode island as noted in their address. They need to be off social media. Beware the f Max Novelty.

Ordered a kit on March 28th. Fast forward to July 2nd and I still have not received my order. I have emailed them 4 times, no response. Then they have the nerve to send me a online review and a 20% off next purchase offer! I filled out the review but when I went to submit it, they somehow put it in a pause status and never went thru. I bet if I had ordered again, that would have gone thru! So mad, what a total rip off!

Ordered 2 paint by number sets on 4/10; credit card charged same day and got an email with order number. Now 6/27 and no product received and no response to 5 inquiries. File with supposed tracking numbers is a joke. Going through credit card company to get refund. This company should be shut down and owners prosecuted.

Same experience as everyone else. I should have looked at the scam issue prior to ordering. They should be shut down. They have stopped responding or just keep sending a canned email with unknown tracking codes!

I ordered two sets on 14th and 23rd June I still haven't got them.I tried numerous times to contact them and only received an answer when I started leaving bad reviews. Of course they promised a refund but now they are saying its in transit so they can't. Tracking info says its still in bloody China! Biggest scam out!

Thank God I only ordered one PBN. I was going to order a few more but I thought I should wait and see if I even like doing this. Should have known better ordering from a merchant on Facebook. I ordered the item on 4-6-20 and charged it to my credit card. Received an email the very next day with an order confirmation number and was told it would ship within 5-20 days. I have emailed this company over a dozen times with no response. I am so pissed. Even though it was only $19.95, it is merely the principal that there are [censored] people that exist in this world. I hope somehow these people pay for what they are doing to us unsuspecting consumers.

I placed an order for 8 paint by number kits at the 1st of March and have not received anything except 2 tracking #s that were invalid. This ridiculous and if I'd realized when I placed the order that they were shipping from China I would have never ordered.

I purchase a kit in mid-April, 2-3 weeks before Mother's Day. They said, with COVID, it should be 10-15 days so I had left plenty of time. I was quite proud of myself for not waiting till the last minute. But of course, it never arrived. I have sent them three emails at their support e-mail (they conveniently have no phone number) with all the relevant information including my tracking number (which the tracking system doesn't even recognize), each increasing in urgency, but I still have yet to hear anything back in any way. So...I guess I have no recourse and the money is just lost. What a shame.

I order 4 PBN kits on April 10th . I received a fake tracking number number and an email from some guy who I also believe is a fake stating that the delay is due to COVID-19 . I am not sure why you would be worried about COVID-19 if you are located in providence Road Island. Later finding out this is a Chinese company portraying an American company selling on Facebook and ripping people off!
