Oh dear. We're the same. We ordered two paint by numbers on the 28/3 at the beginning of the pandemic. It was nearly $60 Australian dollars. I feel like the aggressive marketing and dodgy web design should have made me more careful but it got us in a vulnerable moment, which is what scams are all about, right? I'll see if I can get our credit card company to refund the money and will alert FB. Commiserations all.

I ordered 3 paintings on April 13, 2020, received an email stating the order would be shipped in 7-20 days and I would receive a confirmation email. Did not receive the email and never received the paintings. Customer service doesn’t respond. Do not order from this company. They are a scam.

I ORDERED A KIT, AND PAID FOR IT, ON MARCH 28. They have done nothing but give me the run around.It is too complicated for me to track it with their complicated tracking download...I don't remember my Microsoft numbers. I have complained over and over, with no help. And, of course, I haven't received the kit. That is two and a half months ago. Please help us!

my experience is the same as everyone else. I ordered 2 kits for my daughter"s birthday in June and still have not received any info! I guess we all just lost the money.
This is so maddening as a lot of us are on fixed incomes. What a terrible way to take advantage of older people. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

I ordered on April 3rd. Received a message a few days later saying my order had shipped but no tracking number. After a couple of weeks of waiting I tried contacting them through Facebook Messenger only to receive automated responses. I have emailed them several times over the past weeks with no replies. They have removed me and blocked me from their Facebook group and Messenger. I still receive their email ads almost daily, but they still do not respond.

It is definitely a scam! DON'T ORDER ! Ordered a painting on 11the April and never received it. I tried to contact the company many times and have never received a reply.
Shame, I was so happy to get my painting.
I will ask for a refund from my bank but no guerantee.

I purchased 2 painting and cost me around $100AUD. It has already been two months and still hasn't received them. They gave me the tracking number, and when I contacted the posting company they said the package not even been posted.
Do not ever never shop on this website!

I ordered a painting 2 months ago and I have not received the product nor heard back from them. I have emailed constantly with no response. Ridiculous! Any idea how to get my money back? They keep sending me more advertisements to buy more products. How are they not shut down by now? Has anyone received their merchandise?

I ordered my kit on March 23, 2020 and the money was promptly charged to my credit card. I waiting for a few weeks and requested tracking information, which was ignored. Then they put on the blog that you could find your order number on an excel sheet which was bogus. So I told them to cancel my order. No response , so I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. This is a scam company.

I think they have changed their name to The painting kit. I had the same experience. Noticed the emails are coming from gmail account. Time to call my credit card company. Too bad. I was really looking forward to doing something creative.

Same experience as everyone above. They are a Shopify account. I reported to Shopify to have the website disabled. You need to do the same. Shopify have rules and this is one way to shut them down.

I placed an order on April 1st and have not received the product. I thought this would be fun to do while on lockdown. I received one email from them back in April but nothing since. They won't respond to any of my inquiries about either receiving the product or canceling the order.

Ordered in March and was charged $70. I received a "thank you for your order" with no tracking #. I have emailed them many times for at the very least an update and they will not respond. They do however keep emailing advertisements. I can not understand how their site has not been shut down so that they can not steal from anyone else. There have been so many complaints against them yet they continue to advertise & steal.

My order was confirmed on March 28th, 2020. Sent them an email on
May 9th, asking why I haven't received my order. No response, but a crap load emails. Even had ones wanting my review on the product! Ha! If I only could receive it ! This was supposed to be a gift for my granddaughter's birthday, May 28th! It has had plenty of time to get here from Hong Kong. Just glad I only purchased one because I will probably never get it!

I ordered 4/8 and my money was taken. I tried to correspond with them by email to change my address and got no response, no tracking number. Now I can't even access the contact app. I'm really irritated that they have given no reason for this long of a delay, other than the virus. I will never order from them again. I would try to cancel the order but I'm sure my money is just gone.

I ordered a kit on 4/2/2020. My money was taken on 4/8/2020, and when I asked for shipping information I was instructed to DOWNLOAD an excel spreadsheet and find my order number. I did this numerous times, sometimes finding my order number, sometimes not. After sending them many emails and no longer getting any kind of response, I finally figured out that this company is a SCAM with fake reviews and made-up feedback. I cannot understand why both Instagram and Facebook still allow them to advertise. The weirdest part is that I receive emails from them frequently asking for feedback for my PBN kit How sick is that? I doubt the company is in Rhode Island at all. This is a Chinese flimflam racket.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER...Add me to this list of complaints...I placed my order on April 1st, and I still have not received my order. They have answered two of my emails and sent me some bogus tracking number that does not exist. Facebook needs to take this bogus company down from advertising. Shame on Facebook and Max Novelty!

I also place an order on 4/10/2020 for 2 kits. I received an email stating that my kits were shipping but with no tracking number. When I had not received my kits by 4 weeks I contacted by email. No response. I have contacted them twice a week with no response. This morning I got an advertisement for 20%off my next kit. ?Really? Does Facebook have any policies about crooks advertising?
