We want our over $2000 back. This is ridiculous! They pushed our ship date and we waited. But because it was outside of the 60 day window for the bank, we are having to fight tooth and nail and now probably legally to get our money back. These a-holes need to do the right thing and GIVE OUR MONEY BACK because they NEVER delivered!

I purchased a set of weights from them in late December 2020, and at that time, it was indicated that I would get delivery in late January or early February. Then in late January, the time is pushed off to early March. And in early March, to late March. And then radio silence. Fortunately I was able to get the money back through my credit card company. But now their store is off the air, so they can't scan anymore.

The order was placed on December 4, 2020. Items ordered is as follows:

I have yet to receive any of the items. Over the pas few weeks, I have sent numerous emails to [email protected] and [email protected] requesting cancellation on this order. I have contacted the Business cell (916) 793-4098 a multitude of times. I have not received anything back from maxgravityfitness nor have they refunded the funds. I have contacted my credit card company and opened up a case.

Max Gravity Fitness is a scam.

Note, they claim not to be a drop shipping store, but is hosted by Shopify.

On the site, they claim there is a 72 hour delay and displays "Once the request is received we will immediately cancel the order which will result in the funds being returned to your account in 3-10 business days." I have canceled the order send numerous emails/ phone calls for weeks without any response or refunds.

They claim "While we are at an average of 6-8 weeks with the ability to reserve so you know when you’ll get it". My order was placed on DEC 4th, 2020. It's been over 16 weeks.

They claim that "Estimated shipping times are updated every week". As of April 5th, the latest update is as follows: "We want to inform everyone that orders 1000-5000 will be shipped before the end of February". The shipping times has not been updated since February.

I contacted Shopify and reported this incident.

Max Gravity is a drop shipping store hosted by Shopify and is a SCAM!

They are scamming people. There are many of us who have bought from this company and they never send the products and do not return the money.

I purchased a power rack from this fraud company on January 6th, with no tracking order or timeframe other than 4-6 weeks for shipment. It's been 10, still no equipment. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my thousand dollars back. I'm pretty sure a robot named philly was responding with little to no information about order details. They have no customer service or people to talk to regarding the issues, and I was essentially left in the dark. Worst online experience i've ever had, and was so bad in fact that i'm here for the first time writing this report. The world is going through great time of trials and tribulations with COVID, money is tight all around. Nobody should have to experience this while trying to go on a fitness journey to become healthier. Whoever is reading this, stay away.
