Let me start by introducing my self.My name is Matthew S****** and I'm the owner of this apartment.
I am a family man with two children. I'm 42 years old and I'm a US Army Sergeant.One year ago I was deployed for an exchange of experience at the Naval Station Rota in Cadiz,Spain.After this period of time of 2 months ,I fell in love with the city , country, food and everything and I decided to spend the next few years here in Spain at the Naval Station Rota.
I'm already with all my family in Spain and I'm interested in renting through Airbnb only for a long term, a minimum of 6 months.
This is a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms apartment. It's fully furnished and it was recently renovated.
The Address is: *** ***** ** *** ******** ** ***** The rental price per month is $800.00 which covers all the utilities, such as power, water, dishwasher, sewer and trash. The rent will be paid month by month. This price is for the entire apt, you will not share it with anybody else. Also, the security deposit is $800.00. You will receive this money back on the same day when you leave the apartment, so the total to move in is $1,600.00. Before going any further, I would like to know more about you, like:
- your occupation;
- how many people will live in the apartment;
- the period of months you want to rent the apt;
