Completed application, onboarding, w4, and payroll information via phone and email correspondence for package handling position. Began receiving packages and could see potential pay amount on dashboard and remained in contact with supervisors and other staff for over a month. Approximately a week or so before pay date, my dashboard suddenly became inaccessible and I could not get anyone to answer emails nor could I get in contact with anyone by phone. Now I have no pay for over a month of work receiving, picking up, and shipping packages to and from my home and have no way of demanding my funds for work completed. I still have all emails and everything that transpired with this company.

Huge Scam!! Do Not Work For Them

These people are huge scammers! Literally asked them about the stuff on the internet about them being scammers and the HR person (Fritz Thomas…fake name) said that it was a disgruntled employee and sent me articles of incorporation, tax ID number and more documentation. So I took a leap of faith…I didn’t fill out and send W-4 because I wanted to protect myself and not give them my SSN. But they still managed to screw me out of $2K, not to mention had me running all over town picking up packages, mailing them for them and making purchases. Thank God I told them I only had a single cc with a $750 limit. However come payday…locked out of “dashboard”, they don’t answer calls and emails. SURPRISE SURPRISE! I reported them to the FBI…waiting for a response. I have copies of all emails, pictures of the dashboard/website and photos of all transactions and products. Trying to report them to LinkedIn, but that app and website is literally no help!
I am trying to get back on my feet from being scammed from another scam that I am out thousands of dollars, just to be raked over the coals again. If you are reading this and have been contacted by them RUN! They just want your identity, account information and SSN and then steal all your money. I am going to contact Apple next and my credit card company and bank and report all of this to them and request new accounts.
Some of the names they are using is Fritz Thomas, Homer Zen, Elise Carl and Vicky Johnson. If you listen to Vicky and Elise’s vm it is the same voice. I am sure they have made a new company name, new employee names and are on Indeed, Glassdoor and other job sites/boards.
I wish I had seen these posts earlier and followed my gut. I hope all of you that have been put in this position find a new job that pays you what you deserve and you are back on your feet soon. I am so disappointed, disgusted and irritated by these people that did this to us, but Karma will get them and give them what they deserve.

My experience is the same as everyone else’s. I bet if we put our names together the packages were probably intertwined between us! I suspected it and even called them out on my suspicion two weeks ago. No one is available and all phone lines seem to be disconnected or something. Can we do anything since they have our information?

I have also been fooled by them, I worked for the whole Jan month when the time came for payment /they disappear and deactivated the account/portal.

I also fooled by matsongrp scam as well.
I worked for a whole Jan month when time came for payment they deactivated my account and blocked the portal etc etc. same exact story ..

Later I found that the address ,website, Phone numbers and those names Sheena , Cecilia and Miles Jacob names are also fake.
It’s a big scam!
Hoping FBI will get them soon.

Started working for this job last month, first week of January in fact. Prior to my first day they sent me training videos and I received a phone call from one of the hiring managers who sounded like she had an accent but I thought nothing of it. The "Job" had a training video very similar to another shipping department I worked for previously, Fed Ex so I assumed they were legit but still my peers around me had their doubts especially when two weeks went by and I still didn't receive a package but once I called up Sheena letting her know I feel like this job is suspect and a scam she was quick to email me their IRS papers proving their legit, I even looked over them with my mom and as sure as the sun raised I received my first packaged and had it shipped the same day 1/4/2022 and I got the "Payday" Email letting me know I'll be getting paid today 2/4/2022 and as you could probably guess I logged into my online banking to see there was no transactions or pending payments puzzled and confused I just about logged into my dashboard 10 times today double checking the payday which reads as todays date and double checking how much I am supposed to receive for dedicating a month of my time and gas money for this "Job" I am supposed to get $2,865 direct deposited into my account today and instead I have received the cold realization that I have been fooled, played, scammed etc. I am in disbelief I been on this webpage before back in early January when I was suspicious of "Matson Group LLC" and I read all these reviews and was ready to turn away but they had me when they sent those IRS papers fooling me into thinking they were a legit shipping company. I had bills to pay, school to pay for that now I will not be able to afford to attend. I still don't want to believe that this is what it is but I was scammed.

I looked on this page and saw complaints & just waited to see if it will happen to me and IT DID I was salty yoo? cause that money can get you some stuff or even start your own little business but yes don’t get your hopes up with this & if you do work try not to steal the packages I believe being bad to others that did you wrong won’t solve anything, my advice is too just look for a better job (a real one lol) even If it don’t seem good as this so called job be grateful & hope God blesses you????‍♀️?

I was contacted by a person from Matson Group and signed an "employment contract" on 12/13/21 to be employed as a package handler. The contract was also signed by "Charles Barnes". Within the contract, there was a FEI/EIN number given as 87-2443274 for Matson Group US. The duties I were to conduct included (1) receive, sort, and route incoming packages, (2) process incoming packages, (3) sort and distribute mail and deliveries, (4) prepare parcels for shipment, (5) ship packages and (6) perform various mail center activities. In this supposed contract, the employee compensation was outlined as follows: (1) Base Salary: the company shall pay the executive/employee salary of $2450 fixed monthly salary and $45 additional bonus for packages which processed on time and NO DELAYS. Average monthly income $4200 payable at substantially equal installments in accordance with the ordinary payroll practices of the company as established from time to time. It is now February 1, 2022 and I have not received any type of payment of heard from this company. I have taken photos of the packages which were shipped to my address as well as the "rts" labels which were provided by "Matson Management". I have kept all email communication, photos, and tracking labels as well. At this time, I am filing this complaint so that no one else is scammed by "Matson Group". I was depending on this income as a betterment to my life circumstances. I truly hope and pray no one else falls victim to this group. I am reporting this group because I do not want to be held liable for interfering with parcels of others. Please help me to get this company shut down and hold them liable for their actions.

I honestly thought this was a great job, I did work for them for a month, I login to my dashboard today( the day im supposed to get paid) and it says incorrect login/password. I got an email from Hr in regards to payday and it honestly fooled me. I am at a loss of words because I was counting on this money to pay for my rent. This is very disappointing. Not only that but they have all of my information. I took pictures of all of the receipts and I kept them as well for security purposes. What should I do now?

Yes unfortunately this is a scam and I’m in the same boat as you I also was counting on this money to pay my rent and also other things. The day I was suppose to be payed they DEACTIVATED my account I was supposed to get paid 1/13/22 and received nothing and when I try to reach them nobody answers at all. I pray things get better for you I’m still disappointed
about this I know how you feel I really do.

I found this listing on Indeed. They contacted me by email at first, and later on a woman called about the Package Handler listing. I set up everything, and received my first package. I sent a couple of packages for them, until I came across a article about reshipping scams. I notified my local PD, filled out a complaint with my State Attorney General, and I am looking into where I need to go to file a complaint with the FBI. I still had two packages that I hadn't sent out yet and worked with the companies that sent them to my address to have them returned to sender. FedEx told me that they couldn't return and to contact the companies. I noticed two on my 'dashboard' and contacted FedEx and UPS about them before they were delivered. I left a message on my 'dashboard' that I would not reship anymore packages for them. They called me about the two packages that I had. When my husband answered the phone, they would hang up. I have since ignored the calls, they only called about once a day, but would send me texts about the packages, which I would screenshot and save with the emails.

Haven’t got paid at all and as others my account got deactivated the SAME DAY I was supposed to be paid. I have reported them to the IRS as well. Jesus sees everything though it’s ok I hope they got what they wanted, and I pray nobody gets effected by this anyway like their credit or SSN.

They send you people packages for you to check then ship back off they don’t answer the phone at all only give you a call back sometimes and they deactivated my account so I won’t be able to log and they don’t even pay people they money as told the job is a scam and I would be going to the police about this job and the scam

Tomorrow will make my 3rd delivery. They communicate with me a lot. Make sure I get my deliveries on time, call me when my shipping label is ready, and answer any questions. I'm still skeptical though. I was going alone with it to see if they ready pay me or not because I haven't had to pay anything out of pocket yet. I even had to register and order free supplies from ups and usps. I just still don't think it's real.
